Got pizza?

I'm really hungry for some tonight. Actually, I'll be happy to get any great food. I ate this morning, but couldn't get to the shelter office to pick up more food. So now I'm stuck without til they open tomorrow. I'm hoping that maybe my luck will show and somebody will suddenly bring me food, which happens once in a while--either someone who knows me and my situation, or a total stranger. Last week someone gave me pepper steak with rice, and bought two small milk "chugs" for me also! It was only the 2nd time I had milk since I was in the hospital in early May. Its not like I have a fridge in my backpack, of course. Wish I had chocolate milk--that would be good!

I don't know how I am mentally. It's really hard. I am without my Adderall which is not good. But I am doing ALOT better on the atenolol for my heart problems because I'm not on the Adderall right now. But the doctor wants me on both. It's a no-win situation if you ask me. The individual drugs work great for one problem, but putting them together causes more problems! Sigh.

mmmmmmm pizza does sure sound good!-- my favorite food! ahem-- well, besides m&m's!

Sorry you missed getting more food inkblot I hope something comes along for you.

You are sure right-- "Nothing in life is easy"..... that is my reality too.

Thanks, everyone! Unfortunately, no pizza came my way nor any other food until about 10:00 this morning--about 27 hours between. On the other hand, though something light should have been good, I also had a migraine last night and my stomach was just a little nauseous but not bad. I took some Imitrex last night and that caused some bad palpitations. Of course there are warnings about people with heart problems taking it, but my doctor hasn't said anything and he did prescribe it. We went over my complete med list at my last appointment. My head is still sore today, but ok. I've been having palpitations all day as well, but I think that is more from my blood sugar going without eating for so long and then the shock to my body when I did eat. It happens. My body has always been really sensitive to blood sugar levels. And I could tell that prior to eating this morning my levels were really low. Oh well, I've had and got some food now.
