grrrrrrrrrrr. i have a problem. ive been having a pretty crappy day. triggered twice. think im being thick as planks. anxiety high all day. bulimia playing up and i just talked myself into going to bed. now ive found a spider in the corner of the ceiling directly above my bed and i can not sleep with a spider in the room. ive been managing to catch them myself since i have no other choice but this one is on the ceiling and i have high georgian ceilings so theres no way on earth i can get up there. not even by standing a chair on top of the bed. how am i supposed to sleep tonight?! i cant turn the light off! feck!!
does anyone have any ideas? please? its making me shudder even looking at it and its not even one of hte bad spiders. problem i am so useless. problem

OH, my...you are such a kind person! You didn't even kill it!
I couldn't sleep knowing I had a spider in my room either! Arachnophobia for sure! I once stayed in an old farmhouse bed and breakfast, and lay awake all night looking for spiders in the corners of the ceilings!

That idea with the squirt bottle is great Petunia. Have to write that down for future reference.

Of course frogs don't have problems with spiders. Bugs of all shapes and sizes make a great lunch. Our built in sticky catchers work great so we don't need squirt bottles.
