GL:

I don't do WW, but I sometimes buy their quick frozen dinner meals when I am in a hurry or have worked late.

Last night I had a delicious seafood, lemon, and dill risotto - 5 points.

I don't buy many of those sorts of quick / frozen meals because they tend to be high in sodium, but the WW ones are brilliant, and tasty.

Not, in my books, expensive either Are Weight Watcher's any good? (This was $3.70 NZD on special).
