I'm sorry you have more anguish than you can cope with. Has your mother come to the hospital to visit you? Is there anyone there who you feel you can talk with? Psych drugs can completely fail some persons in really bad mental distress. Let us know how you are later.

im back home again and NOTHING has changed since i went in.
im so lonely and with so many bad thoughts and feelings... i dont know how to cope anymore.

I'm so sorry sinking. Forgive me because I don't remember, but do you have a therapist? Could they refer you to a partial hospitalization program or an intensive outpatient program? I did the latter in 2021 and it was very helpful. HUGS kit

They Just thought that After 2 weeks i was ready to go. A parte of me agreed with them but i kept saying i wasnt ready. I stayed 2 days with parents and It went ok but now alone, After a horrible t session i feel like i cant do It...
I dont know how to explain this. Loneliness Is triggering for me now? They did not give me a new diagnosis. They already established im schizoaffective type bipolar in borderline personality along with autism type 1 (aspergers). What happened this time could be mania+psychosis but thats imho since last year the same happened and i read bipolar can be triggered by cold Winter or hot Summer or big changes in temperature (and thats me!) Hi Kitty, now that im out, im out. I dont think i can go back in even if only as outpatient. I missed a month from work... Everything says i should make It, but i dont feel It in me now...

Temperature/weather/light changes definitely affect my bipolar disorder. Many people with BD are affected by weather, temperature, and natural light changes.
I'm so sorry you're having a rough time, sinking. Please keep posting here. We're listening

Being alone is tough when you're depressed. Would staying at your parents for awhile be any better than being on your own?

Everything is going wrong, but im focusing only on weight loss so that i dont think about other stuff...
should that go wrong too... i dont know what would happen...

HUGS sinking. I am sorry you are feeling so low. It is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when the tunnel never seems to end. I do believe it gets better with time. I am in a depressive episode myself that is pretty severe but I am just trying to hang in there one day at a time. Keep writing here. You are being listened to. You are heard. You are seen. Have you met with your therapist in the last few weeks? It's not good to be alone most of the time. I know that first hand. I was depressed from Dec thru Feb. Being alone made it hard to deal with. I didn't want to call family because I didn't want to seem needy. Somehow I managed to recover. Now I'm doing fairly okay. I hope you can find some way up from this black pit that you've been in.
