Need you. Attached by last tether

I know what dark places are like....I have been there in the past & I know at that time, I never would have believe anyone if they had told me what my life was really going to be like a few years down the road.....as I thought I would never make it another day let along a few more years........but I can tell you from experience that the dark times do pass & what is in the future is wonderful. Maybe it is even more wonderful & appreciated because of going through the dark times.....they tend to make even light places seem bright.

I know also that if I had been where I am today with my faith in God, that the dark place I was in might not have been as dark, but I think that God allowed me to live through those dark places so that I would grow closer to him because I knew there was no one else that could or would be there for me.........this understanding had come about 10 years after my darkest times.......when I didn't even have a last tether to hold onto.

I pray that you will have the strength to make it through these dark places that are haunting & be able to come out into the light on the other side.
