I feel like I have a block on something, something in my memory. I don't know what it is but I know something's there. It's been bothering me lately because I feel like this block is holding me back from going forward. I was hoping that maybe someone would have an idea or two to help me figure out what the block is. Thank you so much, please take good care.

Those of us who have had traumatic experiences, especially in childhood, will block the memory. If you feel that there is something wanting to come into your concious, your best bet would be to see a good psychologist whom you feel comfortable with. Sometimes it takes being put under a deep state of relaxation or a hynotic trance. I'd encourage you to not pursue this alone. thoughts
