i'm falling down that deep dark hole and dunno if I can climb out this time. after yesterdays horrible anxiety attack and today still trying to recover, my nerves are shredded, i keep seeing something out of the corner of my eye i think its a light but, when i turn to look its not there. my neck feels like it is gonna snap, and my head is pounding, took two ibuprofen has helped a little but, feel so tense its unbelievable. have hardly been sleeping the past week keep waking up every couple of hours for no reason just lay there till i fall back asleep. kids go to bed in an hour and half and hoping to just sit and relax. i just want to feel normal is that too much to ask. just normal for a little while a short while would be so sweet.

Hello I hope you feel better at this time. I hope you cal l your Dr and tell them how you are feeling so the dr can get your medication adjusted, it could just be an imbalance that you are suffering from, and can be helped from a medicaiton adjustment. I'm thinking the "light" you saw was an aura and the head pounding is all a migraine. Please talk to your doctor about taking imitrex or zomig in the future..no reason to suffer these!

I am calling my new Dr. on Monday to make an appt. To talk to him about every thing. So hopefully he won't think I'm a complete nut case.
