hmm i got 127 this time, better than my last which was 170.

but id say that i generally feel worse and my coping is going downhill.

but then again i dont pill pop etc anymore and my hallucinations have been as infrequent as ever. could something like that have made the difference??

My last one was down too and I don't feel better but yes, if your hallucinations are less and you aren't pill popping, that would take down at least 2 categories a few points each. I'm sure there are "effects" of both that impact even more categories (like anxiety?).

Maybe you "feel" like you're worse but are actually doing better than you give yourself credit for? You are posting and "trying" and you recognized what had changed, etc.?
