I'm addicted to my sleeping pills and i've been abusing them a lot recently, taking anywhere between 10 and 30 just to make myself feel good, but tonight i took 25 and now i can barely breathe and i think i'm dying and i don't know what to do. i know it's my own fault, so I am stupid. i can't call 911 or go to the hospital because I just can't. i'm not scared that i'm dying either, but it's happening. i'm in the support chat if anyone can/wants to talk to me, but I don't know if anyone will or what you could really do anyway.

please let us know how you are. I used to do that until my youngest was nearly accidently killed by her sister as a result...as it is she was lucky she only came away with a minor brain haemmorage. I guess what I am trying to say is that I was so lost in my pain etc I couldn't see any other way out- I didn't want to die but I needed to sleep esp to hide from everything. I jeopardised my life and the ppl I care the most about. PLEASE reach out IRL to someone who can help you, and keep reaching out here too. I hope you are ok. irish

I'm sorry Halliebeth (and the others that were in the chat). Thank you everyone who helped.. I called the pharmacist and they said they recommended going to the ER but I would probably be okay, so I just fell asleep after and slept it off and I feel more or less fine today. I can breathe normally at least. Thank you again for helping me.

 (((((((asylumgardens)))))))))))  I'm glad that you're okay. That first post was very scary. Please, take DePressMe's invitation and come here so we can talk you through it, if you ever have the need to swallow a bunch of those pills again.
