cats, I'm sorry I missed your other thread. What your T told you sounds like something my former T told me one session where she got very firm with me for sort of the same reasons.

I'm probably too late to be a pocket rider, but in case not, I'm in! I hope your session goes well. I'm thinking of you!!!

Hey hun,

I am just getting around to reading your last thread and this one. I really hope today went well. I think if you didn't go or cancelled your Therapist would also see this as a borderline type reactions - trying to get a reaction from her in a way. I hope she was nicer to you today as I think she was too sharp on tuesday

Well...i guess it went ok....she was 30mins late starting the appointment, then she had to go to the washroom...didn't feel like we even talked that much about anything...atleast she wasn't scary this time....that's all I got right now...sorry to be disappointing!

If she was 30 minutes late, did she give you time afterward to make it up or charge you less? 30 minutes is a long time to be late. I'm glad she wasn't scary, though.

No she didn't give me any time to make up for it. Luckily I don't have to pay to see her so it didn't affect me that way...

Hey, that doesn't seem very fair, did she say anything about her lateness and ask how you feel about it or talk about how she could make the time up in some way?
I would feel very upset if my therapist was late for my session and didn't give me my full time. How do you feel about it?

Meh, it didn't really bother me that much. She didn't give me extra time but she has on numerous occasions given me exta time before so I guess it all works out in the end...

Do you mean about what she said in the session that made you cry? I think it's very understandable that you still feel upset, she was very harsh with you and I can imagine many of us would still feel hurt if these things had been said to us .
