That was very nice of you to make her a card. If you give it to her & she asks you why you thought she was angry, I hope you're able to mention the chair.
Thanks for this!

do you want pocket riders? Maybe you should just mention the chair and how by having it so far away, in the corner it is just reinforcing your own thoughts about yourself?

Maybe I should not pocket ride. Your T might hear me cursing and mumbling, "Nobody puts Granite in a corner," in my best Swayze impression.
Thanks for this!

with you, (((((granite)))))
you can ask if the bleeping chair IS a boundary then! you have the right to ask that, know that, and it seems like a boundary that should be open to change if it is some sort of boundary (but I think it would be an odd boundary...) anyway, it's your therapy and if something bugs you, you have the right to SAY so ..... if you don't say it, what changes? but if you do say it, good change may well happen!
Thanks for this!

I'd love to hear about your visit & also your yoga. I am new to yoga too. I have a hard time relaxing, but I manage to do it now and then. It feels amazing.

we all just do therapy in our own repetition compulsion way. last night they showed the twilight zone episode where the earth fell out of its orbit and is falling into the sun and it keeps getting hotter and hotter. then all of a sudden the main character wakes up and it turns out the opposite is true, the earth is going away from the sun and it's really getting colder. granite, everything you do you think makes things worse, because with your the mother, they did, like getting closer to the sun. with me, if I don't watch out, I keep getting farther and farther away from T, cos that's how it was with my the mother. both our T's are just trying to get us into a more normal orbit, good luck to them.
Thanks for this!
