granite, geez posted a great link in her thread about writing to her old T, that talks about stress and eating ... I totally relate to that topic

that's great, and something i want to do also. Was meant to be doing it for work; but instead i'm stuck with some weird program that is supposed to make websites easier but is just a headache instead

I "inherited" the website admin stuff at my job. I taught myself too. I had really basic HTML from college, but took an online class and got a book. I really like doing it, but don't have as much time for it as I'd like. Our website is due for a major overhaul - that I am not looking forward to. Last time we had an intern create it, but that's not in the budget this time.

Have fun with it!

I think it cost about $75. It was through the U of Wisconsin Continuing Ed online courses. It was in Dreamweaver since that is the program we use at work. I refreshed what I learned about HTML through reading websites and a book.

Good morning everyone. What's on everyones agenda today? I got a good nights sleep and the husband and I really aren't speaking. He is being very sneaky about all his work calls.

My T has been telling me all through this that she will talk to the T that owns the practice and see what they can work out to get me in there-but yesterday when I text T to tell her I don't have my insurance back yet and not sure if and when I'll get it back-all she told me was "Okay-I'll wait to hear from you and if you need to call me to check in-you can" So-I guess that is what is worked out. I can call if I need to. I guess at least I have that.

Anyway-I'm going to work tonight to watch the twins so my boss can go out to dinner. I guess at least it will get me out of here for a few hours.

around here we have cobra that you can get to continue insurance in case of loosing your job.but i cant believe that the company was able to take away the insurance when he hasn't been officially fired.didn't think they could do that. do you think he may have already been fired and the union is just trying to get his job back

Granite-I think that's a possibility and that's why he is being so sneaky about his work calls. Yes-insurance is cut off at the end of the month-no matter what part of the month you are suspended. They call it over there " Suspended with intent to terminate" so when you are suspended it is like your "fired". Anyway-yes I think every where has cobra-I can't afford it though. We are broke. I can't pick up cobra.

Had to get up early again only to be tortured by my Physiotherapist. Then it's off to work for me, at least it's hump day.

Ttgb - that's sucks about the insurance. I know calling T isn't the same as going in for session but hopefully it's only temporary and ur Hs union will be able to get him back his job.

Im sorry TTGB... Hopefully there will be a resolution soon. Are there other job prospects out there for him? What area of the country are you in?my company is global and were hiring everywhere but East Texas. PM me if interested.

I have T at 12 , first session after the highly inappropriate sexual email I sent this weekend. He said he accepts my apology and we can talk more about it if I want... I dont want.....good thing I have other crap to cover...lol....Happy Hump Day!

Granite-your doing so well. With the eating. That is amazing about your son. Bless you all!!!! You are so strong and have been doing great work in T. Keep that in mind when you go in. You are strong. You can do it. Let her know about your son and how well you have been doing with your healthy eating and see where it goes from there.

Unquit. Therapist said she would try to explain better and that I did not do it wrong, just have a tiny challenge in the trust department.

Trying new tea. Guayusa. It is good on its own and for those of you who like flavors, it gets mixed with chocolate, mint, fruit etc. I guess it is sort of like roobois or yerba mate but tastes better to me. It is a mild stimulant but not like caffeine. I alternate it with green tea. (not mix-just alternate)

The squirrels are playing in the tree in the back yard. One seems kind of deranged. He keeps twisting around in circles and frantically digging at the base of the tree.

Gonna go out and buy a rug for the nursery today. I've gotten into the time suck that is Pinterest and have all of these projects I want to do, but no time to finish them.

this sounds good, both parts.
I'm glad the therapist plans on explaining better; hope she does. And that you will give her a chance and trust her at least a tiny bit.

The tea sounds delicious. Wish I could try some.

First she will have to explain why me trusting her differently is necessary to therapy. It sort of seems to me like this is the sort of thing where strangers tell other strangers stuff (like on airplanes where I have had people tell me the oddest things) - the ability to tell comes from the fact they are strangers and don't count.

The tea is good. I don't really see the stimulant effect - but I drink caffeine so it may not show up for me. It tastes a little different from green tea which I usually drink.

StopDog-if you would like to report back here with what the T says-I'd be very interested.. If you want to.

The tea sounds good. I'm a huge coffee drinker and would like to replace a few cups of coffee with tea.

Working at home today. I am a policy-enumerating fool. Also hoping to get to the chiropractor, grocery store, and pharmacy. Tired just thinking about it.

I will report back when I understand her explanation enough to explain it to others.

The tea is less grassy tasting to me than some other of these type teas. And I have had it mixed with mint which was good if you like mint tea but like some pick up rather than just the herbal part.
