We didn't get out of the 40s today. Into the 20s overnight. Maybe 50 tomorrow. BRRRRR.

i am having some good days these days very nice and i am liking my T also /my question is should i just stop now freeze this all in time .have it stay exactally like it is today right now.i am calm,content , feeling liked.it is just good i want to freeze time NOW

Sorry. My nose is stuffy and my ears are poppin. Why can't us women lay in bed like the men do when they are sick.

You sure should be able to, TTGB!!! I know with how sick I have been over the last week.. I have been spending a lot of time in bed. Especially over the last 48hrs. Get some more rest!!! I hope you are feeling better soon!

Because we don't let ourselves do it. It requires an ability to let one have needs and allowing oneself to take care of those needs and not worry about all the other stuff.

Ttgb- give yourself permission to lie in bed, drink soup and tea, watch bad tv and sleep.

TTGB- sometimes mothers are just dead wrong. Stop listening to her. Let yourself play hookey. The world will keep spinning while you cuddle up under blankets and rest. Your body is trying to tell you something. Listen to it instead of mom.
