MKAC are you nervous about something specific or is it general?

I think it was pre T jitters for MKAC. I get them sometimes. I try not to think about T the day of T until T time... kinda like going to the dentist for a root canal. LOL

MKAC...breathe. Seriously.

I am working from home today. I only have one project and it shouldn't take me that long. It's raining, so I don't have to get out in the muck.

Everyone have a great day!!

Nothing I have tried works to quell therapist anxiety. It has increased in the past two years rather than dissipated.

Hey Chopin, missed ya buddy....glad to have you back.

SD I'm sorry about the anxiety, I commend those of you who have anxiety and continue to go... I only have anxiety regarding T occasionally and not as severe as you. Is it possible to take an anxiety pill , do they help. I take them for panic attacks and general anxiety.

I am not willing to be drugged into compliance for a therapist. Being drugged/artificially reducing anxiety would make me feel out of control. (I am not criticizing anyone who is helped by drugs - just that they are not my thing)
Thanks for this!

I recommend a stroke. I just scheduled a mtg with my bank that i've been putting off, easy-peasy. if you can worry MORE about falling over before you ever get there, hey whatever you have to do wherever you are going, is a piece of cake. which i'm not even interested in anymore. just give me yogurt and chia seeds. god this sucks. wtf am I gonna wear? I can't even effin see! oh well, as my dad said, I think i'm pretty much back to normal now, but too bad that wasn't better to begin with! was he great or what?

No offence taken, I would prefer to be drugged 100% of the time, as the colors are so much prettier... LOL

why is it that EVERY time I get my teeth cleaned I have to stop on the side of the road to puke on my ride home? So bizarre. This is why I don't use tooth paste. Not too bad other than that, I got the usual "good brushing" "floss a bit better on top" routine. Three "great hair" comments. And I stopped at a thrift store on the way home and found some really cool vintage converse...they look to be late 60's. Cool.

Can I see the converse? I have many pairs of converse.

I'm in the parking lot at T. Maybe I'll just drive away.

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad What's a converse when it is at home?

I was on the verge of saying to T as I left "When I txt you to quit therapy, please don't accept it". But I didn't. So can I just post here every time I intend to txt to quit over the next week?

It means that the issue before the anxiety is now resolved.
It means progress.

Have you talked to T about your fear of tooth care?

No time for pics, have to meet with a young lady and her son.

Later though..I promise.

CE...no fear of tooth care, just a weird reaction to fluoride I think. I make my own toothpaste to brush my teeth at home.

Sometimes I think humans are singularly ill-equipped to live and work together. When the robots take over, maybe the world will be a happier place.

The gas does not help with the fainting - the fainting is not from anxiety but from the chemicals. I hate the gas because of the floaty feeling.

Again, I love a good floaty feeling, in a past life I ran an opiate den or at least patronized one frequently...LOL

I am a giant control freak. Not so much about controlling others - not my problem. But feeling out of control is alarmingly distressing to me.
Thanks for this!
