H has football on the TV. I hate football. I hate the Eagles more even though they are my home team.

My H is watching the Eagles too. I dont mind football or the Eagles but I'm supposed to be doing work that I brought home but I'm procrastinating on the couch.

I was right where you are 2 years ago ... it was the reason that I went to therapy in the first place....

I wish my H was home to help me decorate the Christmas tree. He's on-call for tomorrow night and he already knows he has to go in.

None of us really do holidays very well, do we? Christmas was always my favorite holiday because everything seemed "magical". Now that I'm facing reality, not so much.

I don't mind the eagles as such but I do not like Michael Vick. At all. Although he does not appear to be playing.
LC is probably yelling at the quarterback.

I agree about Vick, SD. He's sidelined for a concussion. He deserves much worse, but I won't go there.

Chopin, I used to feel the same way about Christmas. Christmas Eve was my favorite day of the year. All things were possible. Now I know that not all things are possible.

I always loved from the day after thanksgiving until Christmas eve. Growing up, this was always my favorite time of the year. The shopping, the holiday gatherings and wrapping of presents. It kind of fizzled out over the past couple years. Now the shopping, gatherings and wrapping has become a "task".

Christmas was always magical for me as well....My dad truly was Santa. It was his most vibrant time of year. He'd spent from the fall until December preparing and decorating his house with 25,000 lights and over 100 figures on his lawn. It was a huge lawn, so it didn't look gawdy. He actually made a "yellow brick road" path for people to walk through, so they could see the different scenes he created. And he was always Santa for our church Christmas parties. I miss him. *sigh*

Now that he's gone, Christmas just isn't the same....I used to put the tree up the day after Halloween. Seriously. I bypassed Thanksgiving and went straight to Christmas, because I wanted to sit by the fireplace watching the glow of the tree for as long as possible.

....And now, with my financial situation being what it is and what will be even worse after December 29th with no more unemployment, I am so down about the idea of gifts and celebrating....I have no plans to decorate the house this year. I will put a tree up, though, because my daughter deserves that.

Other than that, bah-humbug.

Sweet-and-sour pork has pineapple in it. I don't know if that is authentic Chinese, though.

I really hate when I say "no" a hundred times and they take it to mean "yes" anyway. If I say don't do it, that doesn't mean do it for me I feel like no one thinks I'm capable of doing something as simple as completing a puzzle, just because I went to go lay down because I had a migraine. I told the bf over and over and over to let me finish it. I want to finish it. Don't do it. Let me do it.

What'd he do? He finished it for me anyway. I give up.

Yes. Right now, as he is working nights, he's mostly either asleep or at work. He's only got 3 nights to go (plus tonight). Lately, I only mention him when he's asleep, because when he is awake I am spending time with him!

i don't want to go to the doc at all i have panicked all night over this .there is no point to it at all. exsept to humiliate me completely .i hate it .why do people have to be this way why can't i just be left alone.it isn't like any of them really give a crap so why do this. why humiliate me

No one's trying to humiliate you granite! It's just a doc. Is there a reason your going? Meds? You can refuse to be weighed you know, I do it all the time. Or is it gyno...ick, shudder, bleck. Then I can just go with you in spirit and try to make you laugh.

I wish I knew. Not really sure. I think its just a mixture of things. Hormones, feeling uncomfortable, off week from T, H, etc...

Thanks Lola. I'll be okay. Its time of the month (sorry too much info) So I am just hypersensitive, taking everything way too personal and just generally uncomfortable.
