Lunch with mom...she made vegan tomato soup with huge home-made croutons. It's actually pretty good. She keeps telling me not to take my hat off...lol. Don't worry mom, I won't make you look at my bright shiny bald head. (she gets credit for trying)

Had a really good session with T this morning. Just hung up with her about 30 mins ago. We talked about the two active imaginations i did last week, and she said they were really good work. I thanked her (again!) for teaching me the technique. It's somehow easier for me to work things out that way, through kind of like 'dreaming while awake' is basically what it is.

I told her this time, that I am ready to be done. I tried to cancel my Jan 2 appointment because of the overtime but she said well let's try an evening appointment, after you're home from work. So yeah, she did it again. I didn't cancel the appt, I scheduled it for 9pm my time 8pm her time. She said I know you don't want to be dependent on this but don't look at it as a weakness, look at it as self-growth or enrichment or something, instead of thinking it means you're sick because I agree with you, you don't need therapy anymore. (that was great to hear!!) She said that she is just concerned because I need someone to contain, to hold, the work I'm doing; someone who is farther down the path that I'm on. Not sure I completely understand that. But, I guess it sorta makes sense. While I did keep the appt for Jan 2, I told her I still really want to take the rest of Jan off because working 60 hours a week I don't think I'm going to be in the mood to do anything but come home and go to bed. LOL All in all a great session because she helps me understand the active imaginations at a deeper level than I figure out myself. Hope everyone has a good day, gotta go put a spaghetti squash in the oven. Later gaters!

I Just found out that my oldest, her and husband and 3 kids may be moving back to my town ( from 2 hours away) .... I'm happy but a little nervous as her presence is all consuming, but it does keep my W busy.

T in an hour and its drug test day, good thing I don't do drugs...

Wohoo, got some good news when I got home! So, I am in a good mood for now. Hope everyone has great T appointments!!!

Back from therapy and lunch. Man. I'm drained.

Supposed to have T tonight, but idk if i can make it. I think i tried to get up and about too soon. My back is killing me. I can't even really stand up out of bed. And T will charge me for a cancelled session.

School was a more accepting place than home.

I keep having odd moments where I forget that I have therapy tonight. I think my mind is trying to block the horror for me since I feel like a weirdo about the email I sent him. This is fascinatingly bizarre.

Is it so impossible that your mother really is proud of you, and just wants you to know?

I will tell you that we'd get in BIG trouble for that at recess. No whitewashing and no throwing snow. Those were both BIG no-no's.

It's what children (of various ages) do! I mean, why would anybody have a waterballoon fight, or a pillow fight?

Oddly enough apparently, Yes.... exactly what I talked about with T today. To me it feels like she is trying to take credit for something she helped with, when in fact she hindered me. I also know she has an angle, there is ALWAYS something in it for her...always

Okay. I changed my mind about staying away because taking time away to be in my head and figure s h i t out is gonna land me in the hospital. Therefore-I just stay here and take part in the conversations.

Ack! I have group T in less than 2 hours and need to get in the shower and pick up my daughter from school, feed her and get her to my friend's house....and here I am sitting on my bed with a migraine, nausea and terrible heartburn - not wanting to move.

Blech.

MUE... when was the last time you were at the doctor? You have a lot of migraines.... I hope you get to feeling better.

Lucky people who have snow. Or have seen snow. I am jealous. Florida here...hot as ever. No snow in sight. Not even rain! I'd take rain at least.

School was never particularly safe for me either. Full of misunderstandings and bullies. People who aimed to make my life miserable. Home wasn't the best either.

Jersey.. I know what you mean! Hang here... It always feel good to get out of my head for awhile!
