Note to Self: Don't be reactive. Don't react on impulse. Don't harm yourself to escape from it all. Oh, and breathe.....

Hang in there MUE!

Morning chickie...I am at radiology typing with my thumbs again.

My radiologist just gave me the first good news I've had in months. A space in a clinical trial opened up. A glimmer...I'Ll take it!

Wiki, that's excellent news!

Lola, go to T, m'kay?

I have pdoc this afternoon. I really wish she would stop trying to do therapy and just manage my meds. It's not like I don't have an awesome T already and just how much does she think can get accomplished in 45 minutes every 6 weeks?

Morning all, I woke up late and I'm super tired... Yeah yeah I have T at 2. Thanks for the points Wiki, even though you docked me on sausage (vegan hate coming out). Critter have fun with Pdoc and Granite talk to T. MUE sorry your group T was such a drag last night. SAWE I love the Wiki Point plan. APT... I know you can see me, hope your afternoon goes well and remember there are lots of people on here who love you and think about you often and are cheering you on daily!

Why is it that so many people "dislike" the couch? It's referred to by some as "not belonging here" , hello it wouldn't make sense anywhere else. THE COUCH.... therapy.... duh? I think I take it personally when people show the slightest negativity toward it. We are building bonds here with others like us and its a support structure and place to be heard, like a home base for some of us. It just chaps my Arse when people who don't even come here can bash it like that.
Thanks for this!

thanks Wiki, I agree; 'support' can be of many kinds - including humor and relaxation.
We can't be handing out kleenexes to each other ALL the time.

how does it go - "a merry heart doeth good like a medicine."

Is there anyone who doesn't belong here? I've never seen a membership committee or an induction ceremony.

I ventured in at some point and plopped myself on the couch. It took a while to figure out who's who, but that's all there was to it. The couch moves fast and it can be hard to keep up and sometimes hard to get noticed, but perseverance pays off.

All are welcome.

I am not worried about her feelings.
Feelings don't enter into it. Feelings are the problem. (now I have the song from Book of Mormon going through my head "Turn it off like a light switch"...)
Sometimes I should run a military school. Short hair and straight lines, damn it. And marching bands. Nothing says zen like a marching band.
Thanks for this!

Currently sitting at urgent care just did a breathing treatment.. I got dx with asthma a couple of months ago and apparently it is getting bad. I supposed to see an allergist and maybe a pulmonologist to figure this all out!!

And the next thing you know, Columbo is investigating a murder at the school...

My old tv station only shows really old Columbos and for some reason several episodes were at military schools. Even a night gallery one.

Mkac those are hilarious.
