I love the support and fun found on the couch!! We don't have to be anything but ourselves here y'know? Something I wouldn't feel right posting anywhere else or in a separate thread is perfect here. The couch is the first place I go when I sign onto PC.

Healed...hope you are feeling better. What is a "breathing treatment"? I have asthma too...just diagnosed a few years ago. Is a treatment using the nebulizer with albuteral or xopenex? My astmas/allergy dr prescribed a nebulizer for home so I can do treatments at home...

Maybe you can see about getting that too ... if that is what a "breathing treatment is.

MUE...it surprises me how much your T talks about food even in group t... I would have problems with it triggering due to ED... just another issue to add to my list of things to get past with food...

Okay so I am the opposite here. I try to catch up on all the other threads first so that way I save the couch for last...kind of like how I save my favorite food for last. I really love the couch and I guess I missed the latest couch bashing. Don't get it, we enjoy it and no one is forced to hang here. As others have mentioned, it is the place I am most likely to post as I usually don't feel that I should start a thread of my own.

BTW, that little piglet picture was hitting way below the belt. I very very rarely eat bacon, but once in a while it is yummy....now though I might have to cry while I eat it. Anyone see the Simpsons movie when Homer is crying while eating his lobster? Not sure if he did the same thing with his pig, cant recall.

Those peppers look YUMMY. See those seeds in there? They are ALIVE. They grow new peppers. Many more than what you eat. They multiply. Do that with a slab of bacon. Eat some now, plant some for later. That's the vegan way.

Thanks, it's a cool house. Getting an inspection tomorrow and we'll go from there. I call it the "swingers" house because it has a hot tub, and outdoor cooking/bar area and a bunch of bedrooms, and everything is black lacquer and glass. The MBR has mirrors everywhere....those are coming down FIRST THING. LOL. THere is this HUGE fishbowl thing, must be 30 gallons, and it's filled to the brim with used wine corks. And the booze would make Lola blush. I didn't peruse the movies or books because I was afraid I'd get grossed out. ha ha. Nothing a little bleach and home made lavender disinfectant won't cure.

I have therapy tomorrow. ICK ICK ICK ICK. I don't want to go. Last week I was really angry after t, and I finally felt better today. Don't want to sink back under. I really hate t because it's reality, and I like to live in fantasy land.

Ready...inspiring? Hmmm. Every bedroom is a love nest...weird to see no kid bedrooms in a house. Even though my kids are adults, their rooms look like....well, not love nests!

Hard doing the week off. Shame workbook? Hmmm....who's the author? I really need to do some work on shame. We kind of touched last week on my feelings of being "icky, undeserving, afraid for people to see me"...type stuff.
