Melissa needs some help in isle 5, holistic medicine department!

Melissa, Valerian root and 5htp work for me for anxiety. Valerian root for me is quick acting. However, let me stress I am not on meds. So, ask a doc before diving into supplements.

I actually thought Melissa had a good idea with just asking for ONE pill. No addiction risks there. Although if the pdoc thinks even one pill would increase the risk of suicidal ideation, that would be a big problem.

In my recent experience I learned that benzos ( xanax, ativan, klonopin etc) are seen as pills that jump start the addiction center of the brain according to the doctors I saw. Maybe her Pdoc sees it different.

Just so you folks know, my raisin tootsies are now CLEAN! Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to stop at Walmart to pick up a man.....Shucks!

Will talk to pdoc about valerian root and see what he says. Maybe natural would be better than benzos.

BEING A SINGLE MOM WITH UNRELIABLE CHILDCARE SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mom is usually my child care for group T. She's in the hospital.

My exH is rarely able to be a back-up because his work schedule isn't consistent, so he can't commit to getting here at a specific time.

My neighbor - who has been SO helpful to me - agreed to keep my daughter while I'm at group. My daughter walked out the door just to see that they had just left their house...and she's not answering her cell...which is not unusual for her. She's forgetful.

So, right at the time that I need to leave, I have NO CHILDCARE.

AARARGHGHGHGHGHGHGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Luckily, I reached my exH and he was just finishing work. So, now I'll be late to group T, but at least I'll make it there.

SOOOOO FRUSTRATED right now. Wish I didn't need to rely on anybody for anything.

People of IKEA are the same as people anywhere. Only more of them all crowded together, especially on weekends.

I always suspected people of IKEA are a bit more sophisticated than us people of Walmart folks.

So instead of pictures posing with beer cans and a pickup, it would be poses with swedish meatballs and lingonberry jam. In front of a volvo.
