Wow! That's a long time. They keep saying it's because I went so long being imbalanced that it'll take a long to to restore what my body lost. Does that make sense at all??

I do not exercise, but maybe if I did I'd lose weight and I'd come into balance faster. It's just so dang hard losing weight on these drugs. I've actually gained about 40 lbs. while on them! It drives me crazy.

DO you remember the brand name of the noodles you liked?

Rarely. If I dream it is either bizarre or scary. I cannot recall a good dream.

I'm only 5'4" but wear a 9 or 9.5 women's size shoe. Guess I just have big feet

Apt - that language difference would be difficult to deal with in a teaching situation.
MUE - make sure you take care of you too.
Healed - I hope you feel better soon.
karebear - glad you got to your appointment safe.

Healed...sneaky sounds interesting....share if you want...

CL...I'm so glad T called you back... Its tough when you share something that you don't normally talk about ....

I had a memory come back (apparently I suppressed it) of something I did that I am so not proud of ...and when it came back I was so freaked that I could "forget" such a big thing and so I felt like I had to talk to T about it...since I figured I was crazier than I thought... I was mortified... he told me he was honored that I trusted him enough to share... It felt good for about 2 hours and then I panicked about trusting him too much... I wish I would have called... I just suffered in silence so not to appear needy.

2 years later and now I know its good to need people and to ask for your needs to be met...
Thanks for this!

I went grocery shopping tonight also.
Managed to leave with all healthy stuff in the cart: fruit, veggies, tilapia, and almond milk.

Hey couch nutritionists:

ALMOND MILK!!!!

ha...yes, it's fine heated. It actually heats better than soy.
I'm 5'10" and I take a 9.5.

Hey everyone...I slept on and off all day. Every time I woke up I popped another [natural] sleep aid. I know, it's bad. I just don't want to be awake right now.

I miss yous guys though. I just don't want to be the rainbow pooping downer all the time. I'm in a "spot" mentally...and it ain't so pretty. lol.

Well, at least there are two of us! I like my fairly long narrow hands, but I'm not sure sure about the feet!

Do you fry it Lola? H's mom is an Oaky, she used to fry corn bread. I guess it'd be called fritters. Crap that's good sh ite. I could go for some right now. Except there's egg and stuff I don't eat in it.

I went to Wendy's over the weekend because it had power and heat, and I really wanted this thing called a Baconator. I was thinking, "wtf does it matter". I mean really. Other than I'd puke. The animal is already dead. I can't actually stop that, can I?

Anybody ever had hoe cake? That is the bomb. After making out the biscuits, you take whatever dough is left and fry up a big pancake -shaped object.
