I don't think I could ever go to group T without getting a shower beforehand....I know I stand out already, being the only unattractive fat girl in the room - but let's not make it any worse....like with stanky-azz feet....

OK i have a walmart confession...
i have been known to go to walmart unshowered. dirty cloths, etc.... to get something quick because i felt like oh well everyone else does it lol

I would love to talk about my anxiety except Im not sure what to say. I know some of it stems from the huge event coming up Saturday but that can't be all of it as bad as it is. Although I HATE crowds and it is going to be crowded. He said we'll be packed into the pew. I did talk to him about that and he said that I could stand or sit on the end if that would help. Plus I still have to talk to pdoc about the Xanax for that day. I am TERRIFIED to go and have a panic attack. I really hope he'll help me despite my history of attempting Sui with those types of drugs cuz max dosage of Buspar isn't cutting it at all.

Just level with the doc Melissa, but I'm gonna be honest with ya...people with addictions are usually not given xanax or any benzo for that matter. Maybe try something all natural , some of the couch peeps take hollistic stuff, non prescription.
