It sounds like T will be able to be a little flexible....

sorry the grads are moving 5 hrs away but that is better than moving in right? (or is that a different kids family)

I used to be really good at lying to myself now I realize I might have a little anxiety

my T gave me a meditation CD to try this week...

i keep saying I'm gonna try meditation and exercise, I even bought a Yoga mat.... turns out you have to USE it to work. All the grands are in one family... yeah its sad ( secretly i would love them to live with me...without the parents )

I find it exceedingly annoying that watching an OnDemand Pilates workout from the couch really doesn't help my core strength at all.

Bored. Don't want to do school work. The sooner it gets done though, the quicker I can start my spring break.

Howdy Wiki.. wherever you may be.

Good eveing, couch! Home after a long day at work, and T session. Light hearted session today, and short. T cancelled on Tuesday b/c of his back problems, and was still feeling then today, but didn't want to cancel on me again. I could tell he was hurting. He ended up saying, something like its only fair to you.. I am not completley here.. something a long the lines. Poor T. We also decided to move back to once a week sessions. I asked for them when I was in a bad place and I am feeling a bit better. With H's impending furlough and just starting MT.. I needed to cut it down anyways.

Hi all-
Phew... this was a loooooong week at work. I am glad to be home tonight.

Lola - don't diss bird watching too much... some of us work in places where birding brings in $$$ (Okay, it brings people into the park and hopefully they make a donation while they are here.) One guy I heard speak about birding made it his goal to see as many birds going to bathroom as he could.

So... third date tomorrow, but he's not really coming up with ideas...

Healed - Sometimes the light sessions are nice. I wouldn't like the frequently, but every now and then they are just perfect.

Sconnie - If he makes it to a fourth date I think it would be perfectly acceptable for you to tell him that you would like him to plan the entire date. I hope that it is a fun time for you tonight.
Thanks for this!

To his credit, he did offer to drive down here this time because there's a slight possibility of sleet tomorrow. That way I don't have to drive 1.5 hours in bad weather.

I am thinking I might suggest we cook dinner at my house.

I wish I had some alcohol for this pity party. I think there's a bottle of wine under my bed somewhere. I don't like wine though.

I would emotionally overeat, but I want to be able to sleep tonight.

Fixed - I am thinking of having a beer.

Just discovered water running across the basement floor and the dehumidifier won't work.
