I struggle with job references too. I can't get one from my last job and the place I was at before that has been restructured and none of my bosses or their bosses are there anymore.

Do you have any student job type website you could look at? Those here are a lot easier in terms of needing references. I did get a job through one of those here and the person was happy to meet me and get to know me and that was all fine.

Thanks my uni has one but they generally advertise for tutors etc. I'm not qualified to tutor in anything. But I'll check it out again. thanks

Have you ever had a session where what came out of your mouth was so very different than the conversation you were having in your head? I hate those sessions... such a waste...

Frequently, I just can't seem to say what I mean or ask for help. Or else I turn up stoned and T takes it easy on me.
