Couch 43 ... 1 year !! Thanks for the memories

Hi couch friends,
I will have to read in a while.
But I have to say, Dang is my t good. Today I told her stuff I never meant to tell her but it felt so good to get it out there...
Now onto laundry and other such fun activities.

I'm working on a poem for my T because she asked what my unshed tears would say. I love that question.

wiki: Your post in wheeler's thread was really helpful for me. Thank you. I think I get it now. I've always been fighting the realization that my T is a professional and that I AM her job. But, being her job, like I posted, is not a bad thing, it's good! It means she's going to put her "best" effort and care in making therapy and our relationship meaningful and helpful to me. She goes home to her family but I go home to mine too. My relationship with her is different but is important, genuine, and meaningful to both of us. I'm important to her because I'm her job.

Hi all, I'm here to but not much positive to say. Last night was terrible and still kinda emotionally hung over from it.

thats tough . when my hubby goes out of town for work i try and go with him. in fact he is going to vegas in sept. will he be able to be home for a bit after these next trips??

Unfortunately granite, my husbands' job has been increasing in travel. He's gone at least every other week. He works so much. Even when we're on vacation. Maybe I could tag along sometimes. I know he has to go to San Francisco in the next couple of weeks- I'll talk to him about going along with him. Thanks for the suggestion.

I need to get a life! If I had one, maybe I wouldn't be so lonely. It's just such a hard thing for me to do.

Thanks Lola........... I'll try to remember to post here. I just feel like a PITA for gripping about something so unimportant. When I read what everyone else here is going through right now, my stuff hardly seems worth thinking about.

I've got tinned stuff nothing fresh. But a welfare agency are coming around this afternoon with food vouchers and a care package.

Ramen noodles?

We can get a bunch of ramen noodles for $2 here. It isn't great but it's food.

ramen noodles are they like instant 2-minute noodles? I've had chicken noodle soup 3 times this week.

I wouldn't feel so bad if i had a job, but can't get one as last manager refuses to give a reference. All other past managers have moved on.,
