I don't know why this makes me think of you, SD. I especially like chasing the jogger and playing the Rocky theme.

That was very funny. My favorites were the triangle and the Rocky theme.
Thanks for this!

Nite all, Have a great Friday. I have a meeting with a client and can't exercise casual Friday. But at least it's Friday.

Hi couch friends,
Sorry I haven't been keeping up the last few days. The stuff that happened at work on Tuesday still has been spinning.

T today was basically all about work. I don't remember much of what I said anymore. We never got to all the writing I did in response to t's question two sessions ago. But t did remember it and said we should talk about it next time.

Well, another long day tomorrow. Hope everyone is well. Maybe I can catch up on Saturday...

Oh... and I didn't ask t to turn Bob the Ancient Booger Kleenex Box around today. I felt a little giggly at first, but then decided I didn't want to get into that whole discussion. Plus he was turned at more of an angle today. And maybe giving him a name has helped the situation

Airports make me sooo nervous! Glad I do 't actually have to get on a plane and just picking someone up!

Can't find the thread, but pretty sure it wasn't me - I don't know seroquel.

Gonna do some cooking. Bake me some sweet 'taters. Freeze some soups so I have them. I'm trying to increase the types of foods I eat, to more than just yogurt and tuna fish sammiches. And ice cream.

What up wit you?

Morning Granite and Hankstah...
Off to Boston today...but I can hang out for an hour or two...not leaving until 10.

The dinner last night went well, I hear the food was great, but all I could eat were raw red peppers and carrots...lol. I am used to that though, I just feel stupid when people ask "Is that all you're eating, try the raviolis, there's no meat in there". I don't want to explain myself. And then this woman who is H's friend's wife rolled her eyes when I sat down. I don't tell her what to eat, but I think she feels judged when eat together. (she's really overweight)

And small sweet peppers from mexico. I saw them on a canadian cooking show. Grease em up a little and roast them, not totally burnt like the big ones? They are awesome. Not as seedy either.

--- I should write a cookbook - are these great directions or what?

Wiki, do you know anything about biotin? I'm thinking of taking it. I googled it.

--- omg ravioli. Only if you can plan on never digesting them. They're like the roach motel ad - they check in but they never check out.

yea...I think that's it granite. I would never judge someone like that. I mean, I am concerned for her young daughters who are huge. She has said things in the past like "oh, wiki made it, it must be gross" even though she's never actually tried anything I've made. I made a vegan beet cake once, and her daughters gobbled it up and she sat there saying "don't eat that, it's got salad in it".

I think she feels threatened by me....which is crazy because I am a totally non-threatening person. I would like her no matter what size or what she eats, I don't judge people like that.
