So, they morning was super sucky. I just wanted to curl up in a little ball and hide.
But this afternoon I raised $1000 in cash and a $1000 worth of media sponsorship at work. Now it's cold and raining here... so back to sucky.

Is it Christmas yet? Man is it cold.

They are getting a foot of snow in northern WI right now. I am so glad we are only getting rain where I live.

Still can't get the courage up to text/call T. I hate phones sooo much. This is what I have written so far. "I am overwhelmed and need to talk but might start crying." Is this a good start, I also have a hangover which isn't helping much.

Awesome! The documentary "Doctored" is now available on Hulu. I wanted to go see this when a local chiropractor was showing it in his office, but I could not attend. Now I can watch on my couch.

T and I are having a bit of a rupture, except I'm not sure he knows that. Does it count as a rupture when one party is unaware of it?

Sorry that things are so hard for so many on the couch currently.

I had a major melt down yesterday My T was nice enough to speak with me for a while last night and that was so helpful. Poor T, had no idea what he was getting into when he took me on as a client. Anyway, spent the day with a friend going to various garden centers getting flowers. It was really nice.

Just sent a text telling him not worry Why do I do this to myself. Its like self-punishment.

CL: I think its still a rupture, can't be repaired until he knows about it.

I'm flooding the couch with all this negative energy. I wish my T didn't work fulltime for the govt and only see people privately after hours. I'll find something positive to do.

Those can be the worst kind.

I think it is odd that he asked you to do this, but I am against therapist's asking clients to this sort of thing - it seems to make things so much messier. But the other thing is, you do not have to agree to do it. You really do not.
