I've actually been okay lately. I've been kind of sad and moody but I've just been noticing it but not giving it power to affect my actions... trying to stick to doing all the things I have to do ... just to keep moving so to speak... or acting as if... I'm not sad and moody...

My H on the other hand has been so distant and cold for the last 3 weeks. But I've been working very hard to keep myself in the mentality of that is his issues and I'm not going to take on his feelings or think its about my me or stuff I had done in the past... not always perfectly but trying...

Oh, it's still going....I have so so so much paper work to wade through. Making some progress though.

Sorry you have to go to the Laundromat again tonight. Do you bring something to read when you go?

Wow, I am up later than usual. Was busy dusting off/wiping down all my Wii stuff, so it's not "dirty" when I give it to the school.

Also made a list of my games, for the PE teacher to preview and see what ones she thought the PE department might be able to use. I also told her that her girls could have some of the games if they wanted them. Whatever she doesn't take, I'll take to game stop and see if they will buy them, otherwise to Good Will they go.
Thanks for this!

Garage sale was excellent almost 2k , rewarded myself with new earrings and a bath and body works spree. Watching the Jodi arias movie on tv and she was a crazy crazy girl! I'm laughing at MKAC, letting her H use her tools! Sorry I've been MIA for awhile, it will get normal in a few weeks as I settle in to my new pad !

I only need to dry clothes. So I usually go put my stuff in the dryer and then go sit out in my car because the laundromat is unattended and it sort of creeps me out to be in there alone... I usually read or sleep and set my phone alarm till the dryers should be done and then I fold the clothes and go home...

"someone" left the tools on the tailgate of my truck, and when I went to the store, I didn't notice. So, I spent a big chunk of my afternoon/early evening, walking along the road picking up tools and searching desperately for my dad's really nice ratchet handle. I never did find it and kind of went swooping toward the pit. Rather than go to bed and just wallow in depression, I kept trying to do just one more thing before I went to bed. I went and got the drill for H who was working on making the door secure on the duck coop. I went to try to find the right bit for the drill. I stayed to help him for just a few minutes, and then a few minutes more. D came out and I taught her to catch a duck and how they like to be held and petted. Then I made dinner. So. I have avoided sliding off into the pit and I'm feeling kind of pleased with myself, though still sad about my dad's tool and how often I make errors in my life.

Lola excellent news... you did well. I'm glad you were able to reward yourself.

Ike... I'm not sure when I'll be able to get the dryer... both my kids tuition is due in July and I am still paying the tuition for summer camps which are like 300 a week so money is real tight right now... Maybe in a couple of months?

So bedtime posting. I took out the garbage, I took a shower, I trimmed my bangs, I ate healthfully, I didn't overeat, and I didn't order out. I'm kinda doing jason's subway diet, only with tortillas of about 20 carbs, lotsa guac, a can of chicken or tuna, and then broccoslaw or sprouts or tomatoes. I am trying very hard not to overeat. There's a very small window between just enough, and anymore will put me to sleep;; any less will have me starving again in ten minutes. So I'm increasing the fat and veg and protein, and decreasing the starchy carbs. All this so I can leave a slim corpse to the medical school.

Ike...the laundromat is 8 minutes away and its in a well lit strip mall with a Dominoe pizza delivery place so its not totally deserted.

I had how stiff the clothes are when you put them out on the line... and if I had to ask my H to put up a line it would just be one more thing that didn't get done.

Hey couch peeps! Just got home and I am exhausted! It was a great day, though - except for being in a ton of pain (sciatica sux).

We went to my friend's house - then met up with a bunch of people to go to a local zoo for injured wildlife. We pet and fed giraffes which was so fun. It was a small zoo but just enough to walk through for a couple of hours.

Then, we grabbed lunch and then headed to my BFF's sister's house to prep for their stepmom's birthday party. The party went very well. The pool/hot tub/landscape/patios were gorgeous although I didn't go in the pool or hot tub. My daughter had periods of being bored but overall she had a pretty good day - one of the kids (3 year old boy) took a liking to my daughter, so he was with her everywhere. LOL.

All in all, a good day. But I am one hurtin pup tonight....time for a muscle relaxer and bed.

LOLA - Holy moly, what in the world did you sell to yield that much money? DANG! Around here, most people don't want to pay more than pennies for things at a yard sale, so I can't imagine making more than maybe a couple hundred bucks - but $2K? WOWZERS!

Mue - thats so sweet! What is it about these younger boys?! One time my boss brought his 3 kids to work, and one of his sons and I just clicked. He kept trying to go to the yugioh website and failing - I had no idea what it was, but I helped him google it, and next thing you know, I was a superhero myself!

MKAC - I had one dog who would not have ever killed anything. Basically she would lie in the backyard with squirrels and rabbits running around her and she would just look at them. Now I have a young dog who would not be safe unsupervised around ducks. He would kill them. He could be trained not to, but without training, I know he would.

Aww, hankster. That's too cute.

It was quite adorable when this boy kept asking for my daughter by name when she was doing other things. There were kids her age there, but they were all cousins so my daughter felt a bit left out for quite a bit of the time. She showed this little boy how to use a water cannon type thing and he was hooked. All the adults knew my daughter by name before the end of the day because of that little boy, LOL.
