Wiki... I said in a later post that no one upset me just gave me a different perspective... All those things I said I think the couch peeps think are really what I think.. And I wouldn't blame others for thinking.

So I shall try to be positive... So today was a good day... I had a lot of space in the bed last night to stretch out because my H was hanging over the edge of his side to keep well away from me. I had lots of time to think and had a very quiet and relaxing breakfast this morning as my H was ignoring me and would not speak to me and left for work without saying good bye. Then a miracle occurred and my H was a totally different person at 5pm when he texted me a proposition for this evening! So I am just appreciating that I get to live like I am on the open sea.... Never knowing which way the waves will toss me...

And later tonight I will get to work on my acting skills and pretend that I have a wonderful H who loves me very much and actually cares about me as a person and not just a means to get his needs met!

I just can't get over the fact that I want my T to be both ordinary AND extraordinary. But when he shows he's human it knocks my faith and trust in him a bit. I really want to go to my next session but I really don't want to go. This my T tells me is ambivalence.

Hi Ready. Hope you are doing well. I thought at one time you were leaving. I'm glad you didn't.
Work is mostly OK. The nit picker is 90 miles away, so I just get occasional grief. Plus I have a subordinate that really craves upper management's attention. I am trying to curb her attention seeking.

For Lola, I just found this. I have not tried it, but it was on the internet so it has to be true.

HOMEMADE MOSQUITO TRAP:
Items needed:
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 gram of yeast
1 2-liter bottle

HOW:
1. Cut the plastic bottle in half.
2. Mix brown sugar with hot water. Let cool. When cold, pour in the bottom half of the bottle.
3. Add the yeast. No need to mix. It creates carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.
4. Place the funnel part, upside down, into the other half of the bottle, taping them together if desired.
5. Wrap the bottle with something black, leaving the top uncovered, and place it outside in an area away from your normal gathering area. (Mosquitoes are also drawn to the color black.)

Change the solution every 2 weeks for continuous control.

Thanks Ike. I thought about leaving since I'm not seeing a t and I thought it would be easier... But I missed everyone too much..

I'm glad to hear work isn't too bad now. I was just visiting Winston Salem NC this past weekend and we ate at bojangles twice!
Thanks for this!

Just discovered biscuits (or cookies) made in the microwave are just as good as baked ones plus they are cooked in 45 secs!

Hey couch peeps!

Getting ready to watch a DVD that I picked up at the library book sale and try to get some sleep. I can't wait to see my neurologist tomorrow morning and get a bunch of needles jabbed into the base of my skull and...other places for the sciatica. I hope he has some botox on hand - if not, then I'll have to settle for cortisone. I always love seeing my neurologist because it gives me some hope for relief - even if it's only temporary.

Goodnight!

Lola...I need advice...

You have a friend who wants no judgements friendship... Tells you something that is not life threatening that she is doing... It is understandable given her circumstances but not adviseable or wise... Do you just listen to her tell you about the continuing saga and keep your mouth closed or to you bring up reality?

Yes new T suggested the book.

As for the friend.... does this "thing" have inevitable bad consequences or is it a moral judgment on being wrong?

Sometimes no amount of refreshing works because there is no-one here. Just like IRL.

Leaning to moral judgement with major life consequences which in the end have the possibility of being a good thing..... Think I'm keeping my mouth shut...
Thanks for this!

In that case I would agree.... but if asked you can say how you feel out of love for said friend.

She won't ask me how I feel about it or my opinion cause she already knows... But this is like playing with fire in your own backyard.... Different than playing with fire at the park

Ooh. H and I are house-hunting. We'd seen a cute Victorian that we liked but ruled it out. The price just dropped $14,500. I don't even know what to make of that. It will probably be gone before we get an offer on our house, so I suppose it does not affect my life.

PButton...can you put offer on the house and make it contingent on your house selling?
Thanks for this!
