Not thinking too logically at the moment, forgive me. Anyway he usually does those things in session.

How am I supposed to respond to selection criteria in 1-2 pages when the selection criteria are over 2 pages long!

((( BPA ))) - I hope you can figure out a way to see T - even if it's less often, like 1-2x/month, or do maybe some quick phone sessions at a different rate. I'm facing something similar - not being able to afford therapy. I just reached my cap for the year, so all future sessions until Jan. will be out of pocket plus I have group T each week. It's difficult to justify spending a quarter of your income on therapy when you're barely making the mortgage payment. Yet, I refuse to acknowledge how dire things are for me. It's too scary.

I was already seeing him once a month so I would make one payment stretch for the month and leave my other payment for T Now it doesn't even go anywhere near covering his payment. I gave up so much just go to T. it was that important. I know you all understand.

Ha, I have a friend in Canberra - he is from Brisbane originally - and he tells me there isn't much positive to say about the place.

I liked Melbourne, a lot. And the Whitsundays, but that was basically your tropical paradise so it would have been hard not to like it, even for a non-swimmer like me. At least in late August when the weather was perfect - I understand it can get unpleasantly hot in summer.

Not every country is as big as the USA! My country isn't even as big as Texas.

Ts have good boundaries. That can suck sometimes.

Sent an email to my T explaining further my situation I also mentioned in it I hoped he didn't think I was being difficult again like before when I was annoyed with him and kept rescheduling. Why do I have this need to explain things to him so he won't think badly of me, why should I care what he thinks?

I suppose its better than having a T with poor boundaries or boundaries that change all the time.
Thanks for this!

Just had to go outside because there was recurring annoying noise, sounded like one of the girls toys was stuck (Nothing worse then Buzz Lightyear stuttering about Zurg). It was the new neighbours child. It didn't realise kids could sustain one sound for so long.

She was asking me if the coping strategies had made things better. I had to think about that one, and the effort work me up.
