Thanks Hankster, that's why I'm giving serious thought to a 7 day(to start) juice and water diet. Wiki is a good influence.

Oooh auto update would be great huh? Hope you are good BPA

I am stressing out, beginning to get really anxious........ have an extra T session tomorrow so could use some support or kind thoughts for that. I will have 2 sessions this week because things are horrid right now. I started another thread about it.

I was sooooo relieved when i dropped my boy off to his dads for his half week that I now feel like the worst mum in hte world also.

I understand that worst mum in the world feeling.

I found a video on youtube and just about fell about laughing when I showed the rest of the family they didn't they just looked at me and said "Thats you in one of your better moods" I guess I just don't see myself like that
Here is the clip I know Stephen Fry is Bipolar but I believe he wasn't diagnosed at that time.

Thanks for this!

The band came in 2nd in finals behind another band in our district. My son said it was pretty much what they expected, and if they were going to have a loss, they are pleased to have lost to such a good band from our own district.

Unfortunately, the band came home to find that kids from another school (the school I teach at actually) had vandalized about 20 cars in the parking lot. Just infuriates me. Our two schools are huge cross-town football rivals and this coming Friday is the big game. There is always some foolishness that goes on, and kids from both schools have been guilty over the years. Personally, I wish there was a way that they would not even be able to play each other anymore. The stupidness that goes on just needs to stop. But that's just wishful thinking.

I emailed my principal to let him know what had happened in case he hadn't been contacted yet. I hope they'll figure out who the culprits are. Usually they do because kids are too stupid to keep their foolish antics to themselves, and usually they get turned in by other students who are as equally repulsed by this kind of behavior as the rest of us. It was probably 3 or 4 kids from our school of 3500 kids who did this, and it gives the whole school a black eye.

Well, it's 1:30 AM and it's time to finally go to bed.

Sorry JaneC. I wasn't offended but your reply was sort of similar to a sort of friend who didn't believe that people who are bipolar quite act like that she was stunned that I should see that as normal. I guess I just have to accept that i am as my T says "special" He uses then when speaking to other staff members when I am having an episode. "Don't mind BPA" he says "She's special" I sometimes get offended but I'm ususally so far off the planet that it doesn't register.

I understand and could have worded that far better BPA. I apologise. I have worked with a few people in my past role who were bipolar, and to me I understand and accept those episodes, it is part of who someone is sometimes. I am sorry if you have not had understanding in the past, and I do hope you can find peace with it.

(I still think Stephen was exaggerating for comedic reasons, I could even see myself in that piece a little. Sigh lol)

I realise he was exaggerating for comedic reasons but I didn't realise that my family thought it was normal behaviour for me and not w=something out of the ordinary.

I guess I'm just edgy because I'm a little bit manic this weekend and I see a psychiatrist for a med review and I really need antideprssants because I've spent the last 6 months in a low level depression and I'm afraid he won't give them to me if I'm bouncing off the walls and making inappropriate comments. I see my T in the morning maybe he can talk me down. Except when I'm like this lapdancing always come up.

Geez....what is normal BPA?

My sister was over earlier and I said soemthing like..... I am crazy(jokingly)......and she replied with genuine honesty....well glad to see you realise that now. She was not making a joke....she is a bi@$%........and has no understanding of anything that is not within her world view. We do not see eye to eye AT ALL! My family all think the same way and think I am nuts. One day soon I will not care what they think...maybe.
