For Lola's game:

1. I tried to pet a squirrel in college and almost got bit. I pulled my hand away just in time.

2. Sometimes I wonder if I am gay or straight. Guys don't interest me, but neither do girls. I am at a standstill.

3. I have something against women medical doctors. I am not sure what, but I refuse to see them. Just not comfortable with them.

4. Before I donated them to the library a few summers ago, I owned over 500 books.

5. I wish I lived an a farm so I could have lots of animals without looking like a hoarder.

Wow...almost a week since I have been on. Where did the time go?

In the past week, i decided that I would give only handmade xmas gifts this year. I am doing coasters and bath salt this year. I can make a set of 4 coasters for about a buck and I can make a pound of scented bath salt for about 2 bucks. Nice and cheap, but special.

I don't know why I am in a crafty mood lately, but I am. I haven't been in one of those swings since my second year of college. So it has been about 11 years.

I got a call at 10:30 this morning from J asking if I had any plans because she had a last minute change of plans and needed someone to sit with K for a few hours today. I told her I could get there by 11. I did and I am still here as J and her husband went to go pick something up in a town an hour away one way and then out to eat. They just left to do that about 30 minutes ago, so I still have a bit to go. But at least I am making money.

Ready- I've never dyed my hair, can't give you advice either way, but in my opinion, I wouldn't have her shampoo it just in case.
MKAC- I agree with what mastodon said about your t in regards to your email and about your t. I can understand why you'd be feeling the way that you are, but at the same time, he sounds pretty kind and understanding too.
Squirrel- I've been in a crafty mood myself. I made 6 things off of Pinterest for Halloween. And learned how to crochet to make scarves for Christmas gifts last month. I'm up to 7 of them already. I started a fabric Christmas wreath today, I'm fact.

Reading everyone else's responses, I have something in common with a lot of you. Fun!

1. At 6 years old (back in 1979), I was the first one in my grade (1st) to get my ears pierced.
2. I played the Easter Bunny, Sport the Monkey for 2 years at over 1000 birthday parties (for an indoor play facility) and would still play a costumed character at Disney if given the chance today.
3. I would love to be able to sing well, but I could never do it in front of anyone else. So I sing in my car all of the time.
4. I always thought (due to our family history) that I would have twins someday. Once we had three kids, we stopped as four or five kids would've been too many. But I always wondered about the two early miscarriages that I had.
5. I have no middle name and many believe that I just don't want to give it out. (?) Some speculated that I'd keep my maiden name for my middle name. Truth is, I was very excited to get rid of it!

I'll stop spamming the couch now I hope everyone is having a good day.

Lola's game

1. About 85% of my hair is gray ...that is if I dont color it

But you don't lose in a RPG! Your character can die and I guess that means losing against the game, but you don't lose against any other player...

Thanks photos! That's my 6 yr old Lex. My 2 yr old is a liver colored dal, so she has dark brown spots...but they look black in pics.
BTW - I need advice on photo editing software. I use photoshop, but is there something a bit lighter, and easier?

The party was crazy. Funny, with a name like Bonkers Party Zone I should have known the kids would be, well, BONKERS. And no booze. lol Nasty greasy food too. The cupcakes were a hit though, and it's all about the kid, as it should be.

My brother and sister spent the majority of the afternoon trying to push my mother into NOT taking that apartment. sheesh. You'd think they'd give it a rest. They really just HAVE to push her into doing the OPPOSITE of whatever I set up. I don't understand why.

Tonight was the second night in a row that my H agreed to make dinner and i was in bedroom and when i came down there was no food for me... I had cereal last night...tonight i made stuffing

Well, first, they don't want her to spend her money so they can have it later. Second, if she's not in your house, they have a harder time pawning primary responsibility off on you. It's too bad we cannot drag a friend from PC along on these family things, to stand up for us and tell our relatives off. I would personally be in their face telling them if they didn't want her to take the apartment, they were free to have her live with them and I would be dropping her off at one of their places after the party. But, I'm a ***** like that when I feel my friends are being taken advantage of.

Also I'm in a really bad, depressed mood and having someone to yell at and be mean to with no repercussions would be awesome.

Well, J got back about 6pm. I headed to Michael's afterwards to pick up more felt and some acrylic sealer. Got what I needed, then sat in my car in standstill traffic for 10 minutes to go a mere 1/2 mile. There was a wreck by the on-ramp to I-95, so things were a mess. I didn't need to go on the interstate, but I had to drive past the ramp to get home. Stopped by Home Depot on the way home from Michael's to pick up more tiles to start on my coasters for family and the teachers I work with. Then finally got home.

Checked my mail when I got home and my printed decorative beverage napkins arrived (so I have everything for the coasters now). My essential oils also arrived, so when it gets closer to Christmas, I can pick up some sea salt and start on my scented bath salts. I may pick up enough to make a little for myself to test it to see if it will really work (it sounds like it will, but the directions to do it I found online and you can't always trust what you find online, so I may want to test it on myself before giving it as a gift). I am usually so last minute, but this year I am planning early. I have over a month to get everything done. Wow. less stess.

Photoshop Elements would be much easier if you're already familiar with the full version of Photoshop. I use Lightroom and Digital Image Pro for my photo processing.

I knew your cupcakes would be a hit! Sorry to hear about your siblings. Hope your mother wasn't listening to them.

Ready- I'm sorry that your H did that to you again with dinner. Is he ever going to realize just how unthoughtful that is? I really hope your boys aren't paying attention to his actions.
