im glad it didn't turn out to be so bad. it must have been that bartenders friend stuff. I am doing ok .I scrap booked and am now hanging out at home with hubby .who made cookies for the girls I was scrapbooking with he is so adorable

you ever just sit back and be able to see everything you have and get so angry that you cant seem to feel it at all?? that is the place I am in these days. I see I have a husband who says he loves me so much, a home and so on, friends... but I cant seem to feel all this on any level . I see it .but my head seems to always be in turmoil . it gets me sad

Oh, I'm okay-I guess. Plugging along in therapy and just dealing with life one day at a time. H still has his job- so far hasn't got the boot for banging up the truck. But every day-I'm on the edge of my seat thinking it's gonna happen.

I understand that. But growing up you had so much turmoil so it's very natural that your head is in that place and with the work your doing in therapy lately-it's very normal to be able to not feel all the good things you have. My T told me before because it's about having a guard up and really not understand how it's there after all those past experiences. As you move further along in your therapy it will get easier to start feeling the good things.
