I have had it in the fridge marinating since last saturday, so 9 days... I'm cooking it and Im gonna eat it.... wish me luck

naaaa.... meats meat, I got this! I tasted it.. and it taste good. I smelled it before I cooked it , it didnt smell bad (although the garlic probably would have masked it) , waste not want not!
