It's pouring down here. The cats blame me. They keep walking from the front door to the terrace door, and they look really affronted when it's raining outside the other door, too.

I spent a couple hours this morning with my shamanic journey group at a local park, beautiful day, sun is shining but it's not too hot, sitting in our little circle under the mesquite trees was darn near magical....! I really needed that today, with the tough stuff I've started working in with t.

Decided to go watch a movie this afternoon. I saw Gone Girl, excellent movie! Glad to get away from my reality for a while. Unfortunately I came home to the news that one of the high school girls at my school (also one of my basketball players) lost her dad in a motor-cross race today. So sad.

I'm turning in early tonight, hoping to shut my brain off by curling up in bed and watching some mindless tv.

I don't know why therapy is called treatment. I don't consider the therapist to be treating anything.

New couch started.

Actually the actor who played Pancho, Leo Carillo, while mangling English on the show, wrote for a San Frsncisco newspaper.
