Wouldn't people just put in made up ages? At least if someone identifies as a teenager, you can stay away or not give the same info you would give an adult. If they start giving fake ages, it seems like the attempts at help could be wildly off base.

I do avoid the children - and I count people as children who identify to ages not just in the teens.

I try to be cautious in making such a judgment. I don't believe anyone would know what is real help to another.

They might make up an age. Always an issue. Could put together trivia questions that would help determine someones age. That might be fun, but then again in dealing with mental issues it could get quite complicated. Hmm...might have to think if there is a way to do this while the game is on tonight.

Why am I being scowled at? I am just reporting the substance - I am not advocating one should consume it.

I just think saying "my parents won't let me do xyz, what should I do?" needs a little more explanation but when you ask for it you get told "my parents are not the problem."

Maybe what we need is a creative writing seminar, to get people to post coherent thoughts and not whatever drivel might garner the most attention.

Wow. I'm sorry for spewing my vitriol all over the couch. Hope it doesn't stain!

Not sure if anyone had a favorite stuffed animal or security blanket that they carried with them as a child. I did and its packed away. Anyway, whenever I go over to my folks to visit and have dinner, it still stresses me out even though I'm in my 40's. I found my adult version of the security blanket...I started bringing my cat with me over to their place. What a great comfort it is to have her with me. My folks love her, she is well behaved, and she keeps my stress level low. All hail Kikkers!
Thanks for this!

I feel that way when children under the age of 13 try to tell a story. Or talk at all really. And their parents find it interesting or cute. I would do anything to get it just to end.
The writing thing - I teach adult graduate students and they can rarely manage such a feat.

We're like Christian Scientists when it comes to food - if you name it, we will have to eat it. I can avoid anything except temptation but truthfully i am more of a purist when it comes to butter. Its the most beautiful food, isnt it? And now it comes in 8 sticks to the pound, theyre so CUTE!! Teeny weeny!

Make your own butter - after churning and patting - you have exercised enough for it to balance out.

Okay, I've never been a TJ's aficionado, so please forgive my ignorance.

What does one use "Cooke butter" for? Toast? Cookie butter and jelly sandwiches? Dipping?

that was my question. I had no idea. The second link put the chocolate on pretzels and there was a reference to croissants.

The price tag might stop me where my impending diabetic coma only acts as a small deterrent. Oh but SD's link shows how to make it from scratch, thereby rendering my sticker shock only mildly jolting and putting my fear of hospitals back as the main reason I won't be trying any.

Omg.. 24hrs after my new found positive perspective. Things at work go to hell and with my son at school. Which happen to be the same place. So, now my son's spot in the school and my job hang in the balance. Is it ok for me to give up yet?

I found out what was wrong with my iPad. CE and hank will know about this phenomenon , the old OE, operator error. I was to do some drawing and got my stylus . It didn't have a problem. The only thing I can think of was my hands were very dry. So I have moisturised them and now it's not so bad The acute care team will be here in a hour I hope I can contain all this energy and irritability.

They say God never gives us more than we can handle - so maybe this is the universe's way of saying it's time and it's okay for you to make a change Every time i got fired, things turned out better than what i had before. It takes a while to see it, and its scary going thru it. Something different might be better.

I'm religious and I hate that statement. People at church have said that. I don't think punching people in church would be looked upon very kindly.

Healed - it sounds screwed up from their side to hinge your job on your children.
