Oh lawd I was busted screeching "Freedom" at the top of my lungs. At a red light. In 5 o'clock traffic. With my windows down.

Yep that's the one. Love that song! However I would never have been picked for Wham! Let's say I used to have a nice singing voice before I smoked for over 20 years. Couch 82: If you're happy and you know it, be a number!

It is actually quite tasty. My family would cook it that way sometimes - particularly my grandmothers.

Okay - if honest - I still do cook it that way every so often if missing my grandmother.

I have never heard of the singers, bands or songs referred to above.
You kids get off my lawn.
And turn that devil music down - you are going to go deaf.

That needn't be a problem. Stevie Nicks has a smoker's voice.

I was the only person in the all girl school choir who was asked to leave as my voice too deep and my teacher said you can't have a solo contralto in the chair. This was when I had strips torn off me for deliberately sing out of tune. Nuns,eh?

Nuns were often not nice or happy people to interact with.

I loooooove singing out of tune on purpose, like Happy Birthday - i kinda sound like im going for harmony, but it is tuneless And very loud people look around like they dont want to say anything to hurt my feelings - freakin hilarious.

Luckily I had a very nice chorus teacher in the 6th grade when some of the other girls complained that my voice was messing them up...not that she could do much about it since I am pretty sure I am tone deaf.

My h made some jam from our grapes this autumn, it's fab. Yes! You can grow grapes in England!

Could I have pocket riders for tomorrow please. I see my T in the morning and the acute care team in the afternoon. I have lost the plot doing the unstoppable laughing thing, still terribly agitated, I can't hold a conversation because one thing leads to another and another etc. Can't do any of calming activities because after 5 minutes they irritate me or I get irritable because I can't do them at once. Earlier this week the acute ward was mentioned. This not what I want to happen.
Thak you in advance.

My b i t c h of a ex-MIL has done it again. My ex and his dad went fishing and asked D tocall me as he'd be home late. Apparently when my D asked to call me ex-MIL had some "important" phone calls. I tried to ring several times but the line was engaged.AARRGGHH! as if i was agitated and irritable enough!

I'm feeling good. My therapist even agreed that I'm doing very well, in fact, he set my appointment on January 6. He didn't think I need to come in as often, but he said if I need him to just call. And to think just four months ago, I was suicidal. Amazing what the right meds can do. I just wish it hadn't taken so long to find ones that worked. I am surprised every day that I'm not depressed anymore.

I was the weird kid who got along with the nuns, but then again, my mother was an ex-nun and I was properly trained.

CE, your daughter makes an excellent point. Sometimes I feel like I've been dead most of my life.
