Couch 88 - let's make it great!

Yes-I looked it up - people take photographs of themselves and then somehow put that photograph on facebook.
I do not understand why someone would do either of those things in the regular course of their day.

I managed to post a picture of something here once and have never been able to do it again. I have no idea what I did to make it work that one time, and no idea why I cannot get it to work again.

I have nerves as well anticipating my talk with t in a couple hours. Ugh.

I hate post where the video ends in a screaming zombie, the ones where FB is going to steal all your information unless you post this BS paragraph and post where Right Wing idiots find a story from the onion about how Obama is causing Aids and run with it as those Jesus emailed it to them! But, I don't ever say anything to the poster, I would be friendless I assume they are an EX friend now?

Oh, have I told you guys what my young dog has started doing with the kittens? [Still trying to think of happy things to get myself out of this funk] I got nervous a few weeks ago because YD was lying on the bed with three kittens pressed up against her, and YD was softly and almost continually growling. I thought the kittens were irritating her and walked over. When I got closer, I saw YD's eyes were half closed and she kind of had a smile on her face and her tail was gently wagging. She seemed happy and the kittens were fine so I let them be. Couple of days later, I saw her with a kitten between her front legs, and YD was growling again. I walked over and YD was licking and grooming the kitten, while growling. The growling thing keeps happening and I THINK she is trying to purr at them. When she is lying with one of the kittens (really young cats now), when the kitten starts to purr, YD starts to growl. It is really interesting watching them together.

This seems like it will NOT bring you closure but lead you into more rumination.

Unfortunately not--it was an online eval, so once I submitted it, it *poof* disappeared. There's probably copies on one of the bosses' hard drives. I don't believe I will raise a commotion about this, but I will definitely have to reevaluate where, when, and in what format I present my own ideas from now on. 'Tis a learning experience.

I wonder what the smell of a bar is?? Is it a good or bad thing to smell like a bar? I might need to learn how to hangout in these establishments if I end up single again. Getting married by 19 and Youth Pastors by 21 means I didn't spend any time in bars. Which is surprising as I lived in college town with a lot of a bars!

Healed - you don't have to go to bars if you become single - you can join a softball team instead.

Or join reading groups that meet at book stores with names like A Room of One's Own, Gertrude and Alice Live Here, Lambda Rising or Rainbow Room etc.
