Congrats JS - I think you will be so happy in your own place!

I have so much paperwork to catch up on.

But I am very proud of myself for getting over my anxiety and procrastination of dealing with something that been hanging over my head since 2010. I will probably face consequences but it won't be worse than it constantly being in the back of my mind to do.

Therapy induced headache = naptime.

Saw this in target yesterday. I managed to resist buying it because it's really too small to be a proper journal.
I did want to buy it and call it my Stopdog journal though...

Ok so about 10 minutes before my session, I was sitting in my car waiting to call t and I was thinking at her to "please bring up the termination thing because I feel too shy to." So then I called her at appointment time. We had a very good talk, and then just before we scheduled again she said "Well you haven't had the termination dream yet" (whatever THAT is!) "But I thought I'd bring this up because you're shy about it, what do you think about talking less than weekly?" She heard me thinking at her I swear she did!!!! I thanked her for bringing it up and agreed that I was indeed shy about doing it myself, and we agreed to start spacing out my sessions. I emailed her later and told her that I had thought that request at her and she replied almost immediately that she does think that she "hears" my psyche at times. So it was a really good session today. I had nothing to be nervous about!! As usual!!

I stopped and got some on the way home. Bonus, it was even on sale! Can't WAIT to wash my hair tonight!!

Great, I hope it works well for you! I don't LOVE the way it smells, but it works so well that I don't mind that very much!

I still can't believe I did it.
It's not like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. It's more like there is now a gap in my life. If Madame T isn't my biggest problem any more, something else will come along and take her place.

Nope. It's going to be another 3 day long headache and that's okay. I feel better than I did before it - so it's one half dozen the other (I always butcher that phrase)

CE wow you're awesome! I never thought about losing a worry as creating a void, but you're exactly right. Is it too much to hope you'll fill the void with love, acceptance and serenity?

I think I'm the only one who doesn't like chocolate. Well, I take that back I don't like American chocolate - give me foreign chocolate any day.

It often seems to me that I try talking to someone about something specific and they completely miss the point of what I am talking about - the therapist is especially bad at this. She keeps telling to explain how I feel and when I do so - she does not understand what I am wanting her understand.

....and it is Friday again. GAAAAAAAAAaaaah.
