Am I the only one who messes with it?

Also easier to talk about than anything else in the session by a long shot.

My pup is laying on me like a child and I can't bring myself to move him to get my phone charger.

I can relate to that...I waited patiently for awhile to change the blanket on the bed as two cats were sleeping there...one moved and then I made the other move but he was po'ed about it. Now he is sleeping where I usually lay, so I guess he won after all!

Does anyone else suspect that the BPD diagnosis might be a little sexist? I keep running into women with this diagnosis and it feels like someone is slapping a label on them instead of, I don't know, treating them like human beings.

/frustration

I would have to agree with this observation.

I was suspicious about the nature of it when I was misdiagnosed by a male Pdoc who barely saw me when I was hospitalized six years ago. My current Pdoc and my current T both independently said it was a misdiagnosis.

But recently I had lunch with a friend who told me she was BPD and as she was talking I realized that everyone was treating her a certain way. And I was really upset. Like - everyone was defining her by this label instead of just letting her be herself.

And then I've read stuff here.

And then I was googling and...

I'm starting to wonder if this isn't "hysteria" all over again.

oh lordy the Spring choice is so bright it hurts my eyes LOL!
Tulip is okay...
black/smart is almost more painful to the eyes than spring!

Thank you! I have now concluded that I like desert sand the best too!

Sitting on my living room floor eating fruit out of a party sized fruit tray with a fork. And I'm double dipping!

I've ate 1/3 of the fruit and 1/2 the dip.

Double dipping is cool. Mythbusters proved it ain't no thing. People just have hang ups about it Sometimes it's fun to do it and watch eyes bug out.

With exT there was a woman for awhile who went back to the waiting room after her session to recover a bit while I was waiting for mine to start. It was only once a month when T had to schedule me around a meeting. At first it was fine but then she started staring at me and talking on her cell phone loudly, in a small room. I mentioned it to my T and she scheduled me at a different time so we weren't back to back. Is this possible for you?

When you, say, take a new chip, dip it, then bite it, then dip the chip (now with a bit in it) back into the salsa.

Or whatever food you're eating.

But the Mythbusters proved it doesn't do anything and it's all good.

But Mythbusters busting the Mythbusters. Inception mind-blowing!

I double dip, but in public settings, I put dip on my plate then double dip from my private serving. If I'm home, the container IS my private serving. So there!

So sleepy, couch. See you tomorrow!

I'm on edge. A stomach bug is making its way through our home. As of yet, nothing has happened to me. I rarely get stomach bugs - and yet... there's always that fear. So I ate a Snickers bar.

Now I wish I'd eaten like ten of them.

Except if I get that bug I might regret that I ate even the one.
