Of course, you have every right to not write too, but you should make that decision for yourself, not base it on some random internet person's opinion...

I agree with JS, Mast! You are the expert in your own experience. No one else is. You know how you feel and think better than anyone else....no one can tell you how you feel.

Hi, couch.

I am home from CVS. Slow night, so I had inventory stuff to do all night. Oh well, it needs to be done as we have inspection coming up at the beginning of July.

I had cold left over chicken strips for dinner when I got home. I didn't feel like heating them up, so I at them straight out of the fridge. They were already cooked, so they are safe to eat...just cold.

I bought some essentials as I was leaving work. Toilet paper, hand soap, and body wash because we are almost out and I didn't feel like going to walmart later. Sure they cost more at CVS, but with my discount it comes out to be about the same and I was already there, so it works.

Well, I should try to go to sleep, so I don't sleep to late tomorrow, since I have to be at work at 1:30 (in the afternoon).

Later, couch.
Thanks for this!

Hi couch,

I've been doing a short course in counseling. I've been doing well, in the theory exams. Unfortunately it doesn't have a graded practical component though my "counseling client" volunteers said they felt heard and understood.

I intend to work hard on my social anxiety so I can apply for volunteer paracounseling hotline positions st non-profits.

I just want to share because in real life, I just have my partner, and zero friends.

If I'm lucky, maybe I get a couple of likes on Facebook from new acquaintances in my mental health support group. I'm trying to build a social circle from zilch.

I got the grade for my latest exam today. I scored above 85% so I'm feeling strangely proud.

Growing up, I was the "hardworking but stupid one" and told I would "amount to nothing" and I went to vocation/trade school so I'm proud that I can do WELL with University level academic writing.

If you like wine and don't mind cold chicken (perhaps on a hot day?), here's one of my favourite dishes -

.

Easy to prepare then you just pop it in the fridge while you go off for a work shift.

I have stupid situation going on during my t sessions sometimes.. Starting probably in January t started having allergy/asthma issues on and off during my sessions.. One day recently he asked if I wore perfume and if I had changed it lately. It so happened that I had recently changed perfumes.. I usually put it on a like 5am and don't see t until 4pm, it seems weird that my perfume would still bother him after that amount of time, right?

Well, on Friday I had a session I was already super emotional as it was my last day of work, among other things.. As soon as I sat down in my chair I felt like I didn't want to be there, then about 5 mins in.. T started to cough again. That made me want to run some more. I told t that I didn't feel like I could talk today and he let me reschedule for earlier in the week.

I am super anxious to go back.. I seriously try to not put perfume on, on t days, but sometimes I forget and then I feel embarrassed when he starts coughing. Then, I keep thinking what it is something else? What else could it be that he is reacting from me. I mean we have talked about me having cats and a dog, and he has both as well so he doesn't think that is problem. This stupid situation is bothering me so much.

Healed, it could still be the cats. Cat allergies can be odd that way. A person can react more strongly to certain cats than others for some odd reason.

Morning...errr, afternoon, couch.

I just woke up about 30 minutes ago, Need to leave for work in about 45 minutes. I don't know why I have been sleeping so much lately.

I have pdoc tomorrow. Hopefully, my shot won't hurt this time. Last time was the first time ever it did, so hopefully it can be back to normal this time. Not much I can do if it does. Not like I can request to go off...pdoc already said no to that when I was worried about financial reasons.

Well, I'd better go get ready for work and eat a little before I leave. I will get a break as I work over 6 hours today, but I should still probably eat a little beforehand, since my break probably won't be until about 5 o'clock or so.

Later, couch.

BUT, didn't actually write anything, even in the title, so maybe it doesn't count, right?

Happy Monday Couch! It's going to be one of THOSE days from beginning right up to end. This day we'll probably net about 500 total phone calls, and half our team is out sick. Can you say busy?

Thanks for all the hugs and well wishes, much appreciated!

Spotify is awesome. You can tell it exactly what songs you want it to play. Every song, all day long, is one I love.

My husband has been in the hospital. His disease has progressed and we are signing up for hospice. Right now he feels okay, but this is devastating news. I see my T tomorrow. We've been in touch via email.

That wasn't a drunken email, that was drunken accidental hitting of wrong button. You're good
