Well, I am home. The house dog's bak box came today. I'll have to show him it tomorrow, as he and his mom were already in bed when I got home.

I didn't feel like cooking when I got home, so I ate a can of ravioli. And now I am eating potato chips. Such a healthy dinner. Maybe I will add some canned corn to the mix.

Not much excitement to talk about from CVS today. We were just really busy, but no weird customers today.
Thanks for this!

It looks like more rain here. And a heat advisory. The rain just turns it into a sauna.

Morning, couch.

I am in the process of doing laundry before pdoc this afternoon. I had a shower as well while the first load was in the wash.

I have about 3 loads to do, so I will be washing a while.

Need to wash my CVS coat as it is starting to look grungy. It is going in alone to make sure nothing bleeds on it.
Thanks for this!

Hi y'all. It's been a while. I had my first ketamine treatment yesterday (I posted my experience in "Other Treatments").

Can I say... I think this might work O.O

This is my first return trip to see t after a pretty intense session into darker, deeper stuff than we've addressed before. I had a nightmare last night that my mom was trying to kill me and have been having flashbacks/emotional-overwhelmed-ness since Sunday. For the first time ever, I'm afraid to go back. I told him I was ready and wanted to this hard work, but we're only one session into it and it's kicking my butt. It doesn't help that t is going out of town for the rest of the week after today. I just keep reminding myself that this has to be better than the hell I'm currently living in.

Well, clothes are washed and dried. Towels are washed and in the dryer. Lab coat (for work) is in the wash. Need to decide what I want to eat for lunch. This day is going by too fast.

We had thunder and lightning all night long and a tornado warning around 2am, sirens and phone warning. But it seems cooler today. And at least it waited until after the fireworks.

Raise your hand if you can locate your tax returns including W-2 and 1099 forms for the last 3 years.

I am suspiciously NOT raising my hand, although I know I keep the damn things for way longer than 3 years, I can NOT find them in my extremely disorganized house.

File cabinet? What is this file cabinet you speak of?

I also lose things like car titles, birth and death certificates, divorce decrees, and assorted other really important hard to replace things. When will I ever learn????

Oh, hi couch!

I just went through a lovely such search for important ppwk like that, that I knew was in my house somwhere. After we move I am investing in some kind of organization system so I dont go thru that again. Luckily I found what I had lost. Hope u do too.

Afternoon, couch.

I am home from pdoc. I got my shot, it was back to usual...so I guess last time hurting was just a one time thing. I also got a 5 minute lecture on the importance of taking my other medications and how I am taking a huge risk when I don't take them and that my reasons are just excuses and not validated. I guess I deserved the lecture. Before the injection, he asked if I was ready (as usual). I said I guess as usual. Today he made a comment after that that he doesn't know how anyone could be ready for it. I am just so used to it now that it just seems like routine.
Thanks for this!

I knew your h threw that paper out. I should have said at the time. Something about the way you described it being filed so out of the way - i just KNEW someone "cleaned up" after you! I used to find my hs lost carp all the time.

I'm still digging and the more I uncover the pissed offer I am! And still no tax files. What did I do with them? Couch 95: No title required I'm blaming the cats, that's what the kids do!

I know what you mean. When I was looking for the paper that I eventually found in the garbage, I found the stupidest stuff safe and sound in the filing cabinet.

You don't happen to use TurboTax online do you SM? We've been using that for the past several years now because they store all your tax forms for you, and you can just print them out whenever you need them. That's come in pretty handy more than once.
Thanks for this!

I'm frustrated at how dense my therapist sounds at the moment. I complained about a fit my daughter had today, I'm sleep deprived and sick right now, but no sick time at work, with company arriving tomorrow, so a lot going on right now.

"I find it curious she can behave at school and on vacation but not when you ask her to do something." (We were on vacation part of last week.)

Seriously?

On vacation... it's all fun, relaxed rules, treats and amusement parks all day, there's hardly any room for her to be uncooperative!

And at school, she does have issues too, though her tongue's sharper at home than in class, but at school there aren't triggers like getting screen time which is hard for her to stop, and there are chores and tired, sick mothers, sigh. Not to mention extenuating circumstances.

Plus, she does do what I tell her a fair amount, it's not all or nothing, I was just complaining about today.

My T is not a mother, lol.
