Just got home from the concert (Melissa Etheridge in case anybody missed my frequent excited "i can't waits" lately lol) I had the BEST BEST BEST time!!! I danced and sang the whole time and even got to shake her hand at one point!! I am hoping some of her "brave and crazy" rubbed off on me!! Woo!! That lady can PLAY some guitar, man!! She didn't have a band, it was just her up on the stage with a bunch of guitars and a bongo-type drum and a tamborine and this big box thing she played like a drum too and stuff and it was AWESOME did I say that yet? Here's the only decent pic I managed to get on my phone. She was really into the music I think that's focus on her face, not sadness altho she looks kinda sad in my pic. I think she was really just into her playing.

I had SO much fun! And now I want to drive up to Chandler friday night for the next show!

JS, good luck with the interview!
She lost weight as expected and is pleased with the results.

Good morning all! Off today and the little is at school. Me and two teenagers will be tackling the dreaded DIY today. If successful I will post pics. If not, I will come crying to my spot on the couch.

Have a great day everyone!

I don't think I know but one Melissa Etheridge song. Sometimes I am barely a lesbian.

Tired of feeling second rate in some of my friends lives one in particular. She's pulling the same game she did 4 1/2 years ago when she went back out. Have no proof though.

The Couch 102, Buckle My Shoe!
Hi! I'm Peter. I like snuggling with mommy and biting holes in the blinds. Sometimes I chew on power cords too, but I blame my sister.

Cute kitty! I recently discovered I'm allergic, I was playing with a kitten and he scratched up my hand pretty good, which immediately swelled and got itchy. No cats for Boulder, but they sure are fun (if not naughty at times!).

I am allergic to cats too, but I still have them - I like cats better than dogs even though I adore my own dogs. It is fun how a tiny scratch can get so red, itchy and inflamed.

Yep, the kitten didn't scratch deeply but I had a lot of tiny ones all over the back of my hand and it looked horrible with all the welts. Went away in a few hours but still pretty unpleasant.

For me, having cats wins over the side effects they create. I am also allergic to what seems sometimes to be simple air - so even without cats I would be wheezing and sniffling and so on. Dust causes me itching welts too. I figure until I decide to be a better housekeeper, cats are no more of a problem than other less furry/purry things.

I just saw a website devoted to beards - some of them really freak me out. I don't mind facial hair for normal beard sorts of things, but some of the sculpted things I find really super creepy.

Received a 7.7 for Chemistry and a 8.8 for Math today. (Tests are graded 1-10 - 1 is no good answers, 10 is all good answers. 5.5 and up is a passing grade)

And just returned from visiting my pdoc. I had a crap week but am doing fairly well today and at the visit we laughed a lot, which was a nice break.

Work today. Then I plan to clean my house, well, try to. I've been so non-caring and heavy that it's just a mess. I'm not a messy person and it needs to be presentable. So hopefully I don't just lay in bed when I get home and I can convince myself to pick up all the piles of stuff....
