I know that I'm really spamming the couch now which is a bit rude of me, but might I ask for some pocket riders for T tomorrow? It's been very, very hard recently and I don't think tomorrow is going to be any easier. (About two weeks ago, T implied that he finds me boring. I can not stop obsessing about that, and I think I need to mention it to him - no idea how to do it though.)

I'll def hop in, Mast. I hope you can mention it to him - just blurt it out, usually the best way for me to get stuff out that needs to be discussed. If it's any consolation I don't find you boring, and you're not spamming the couch - I'll keep that title for now

I LOVE Christmas decorations but with a small house, 4 dogs , 2 giant parrot cages, a saltwater aquarium and my yoga area all in the main combo living/dining room area and no way to rearrange that ( parrots need to be out where we are and stuff is going on, baseboard heating so only a few places with nice walls for yoga)...we haven't had a Christmas tree in years. I miss it but I just can't find a place to put it....
I also love Christmas sweets etc but. With the unusually warm weather work.is so busy that I am not getting any unless I just go buy them ready made

I always think I'd like to do really classy decorations. I want a tree with white LED lights and done all in gold and red with matching ornaments and ribbon. Then I'd want pretty lights very neatly done around the house. I'd do some green wreaths...

But alas, I have children and so my tree, while I have the white lights, is covered in every from Perry the Platypus (Phineas and Ferb) to a few of the gold classy ornaments I'd want LOL.

I'm sure there's a mommy-blog somewhere shaming me for not seeing the "magic" of a hodge-podge tree. Because there is always a mommy-blog ready to shame. This is why I don't read mommy-blogs.

Went to pdoc today and he kept all my meds the same and gave me a prescription for 5 mg of Saphris for agitation and anxiety. I have a call with my t on thursday to make a game plan for Christmas. I'm going to FL to see inlaws and I know they're going to ask me if I've been working. I'm also seeing my shaman this week to do some biofeedback for some bipolar symptoms I've been having. Oh yeah, I also see my back dr tomorrow. Busy week.

Session soon with T after my emotional texting episodes this weekend. I just want to scream at her, "I hurt, why can you not see that? Why can you not fix it?" :/ Don't want to go but desire so badly to be there that I feel stuck. Of course I feel stuck about everything anyway. Does anything really matter? Does it? Whatever.

Oh, and the spouse is home until after the first week of January. I haven't lived with him for more than 3 days straight in I don't know how many years - and the parentals and siblings are coming to my house this weekend. Joyful. I need to run away... and takers for letting me crash on your couch/floor/barn/etc...? :/

If you do your share of the driving, you can come on a holiday road trip with me.

My mother could have written this post, right down to the mince pies.

The therapist was useless. I am feeling high alert and I should by now know not to go when I am like this. Thankfully there is break coming up and I will cancel some too.

Obviously a dream about the couch!

Put some holiday floats (or sinkers) in the aquarium.
