I am not taking it personally though, i finally get it as a coach its my responsibility to offer suggestions, in a friendly and professional manner, but her responsibility to listen and implement if she wants to improve and keep her job. I'm bored too. I should be enjoying my time off of work. We have no plans tonight and H will probably be snarky because he is always in a bad mood after work.

I'm home and honestly I hope to be asleep well before 2016 rolls in. Projects this weekend (finances allowed) and a good cleaning combined with a thorough vacuuming are in order. Have a safe celebration tonight!

So what is everyone up to tonight? We have a boatload of food to eat, will probably throw in a good movie. Family time. Will we make it until midnight? Who knows? We don't feel obligated anyway.

I am gathering with my group of friends. We will eat and play some games and talk and go home. It will be small and quiet and fun. Then I will go home and dream of setting off a bucket of sparklers.

There's two inches left in this bottle of whisky. My plan is to see that it doesn't see the new year.

Oh, and try to entice my friend's cat back onto my lap.

I plan on being in bed well before midnight LOL.

Fireworks are keeping me up. -.- can't sleep with all the noise.

We are home. Pizza is ordered, beer and liquor is bought! We probably won't make it to midnight.

I watch marching band clips from my university and drum and bugle corps performances.

I'll be going to bed at my normal time, no party for this girl, gotta be at work first thing in the morning to start my month of overtime!!

I wish we had a quizzical hug button for people that you feel need a hug but you are not sure why.

Finally had the chance to take grandson to see the Star Wars movie earlier this afternoon. We had a great time! Loved the movie! Told grandson to save those ticket stubs...you never know...

Home by myself now. Had take out chow mien for dinner. Went to the store earlier...let 2016 come!

Why is it every time I hug someone, the space between "hugs" and "from" disappears so that it reads "Hugsfrom"? It doesn't happen to other people. Even if my name is first on a list of several huggers, it still happens. And even if my name isn't first, it happens.

Does my user name trigger some weird HTML thing? Or does the code know I have a thing about proper spacing? Does this happen to everyone?

That was the only time the cat was in danger.

Evening couch. I am home and safe. I avoided 2 checkpoints on my way home from CVS. The first one, I saw the cones and flashing lights, so I pulled down a side street to avoid it and took a few more side streets from there back out the the main road. The second I saw in advance again and pulled down another side street. I probably added 3 miles to my trip home doing the side street thing, but it only took 5 minutes longer than usual, while having to stop at the checkpoints would have been a bear. It was pretty quiet tonight. Hopefully it will be quiet tomorrow too with everyone hung over from tonight. :-P

Now I am safely in my room where I will stay the rest of the night, I am not getting back out on the roads tonight. I need an under the bed storage box from Walmart, but that can wait until tomorrow or Saturday.

Work a short shift tomorrow for time and a half...then am off from CVS on Sat. I get to spend time with C again on Sat. while his mom goes to get her hair done. It should be fun.

I will probably make it to midnight as I only have a little over an hour to go and am not tired at all. It will be the first time in 5 years that I was awake to see the new year. Lol.

Just an an fyi-in my state they sometimes set up dummy stops and wait and go after people who pull off on side streets to avoid the ones that appear set up.
