I was talking to t about this just recently! The loins part. We heard that phrase AT LEAST once a week in catholic grade school, but they would never explain to us what it meant. Thats not the point so much as it set us up to become sheep.

Would you prefer I should screw my courage to the sticking place?

Evening couch.

T went so-so. She did ask about the holidays and finances. I had asked her to hold my check until I was paid and she asked why. She agreed to hold it though. At the end of the session she handed me a box of Gramaldi chocolate covered potato chips and said Merry Christmas. She said she was giving all her patients this week one. It was a nice gesture. Completely unexpected. My old T never gave out gifts for the holidays, I guess the one I see now feels comfortable doing so. Whatever...each person's personal choice.

CVS was smooth sailing today. Not crazy at all. Hopefully tomorrow will be smooth too. Though the lead tech asked to alter my hours tomorrow so I can come in on Christmas Eve. Truck was supposed to come around 7pm tomorrow, but now is not coming until midnight (after the pharmacy is closed), so I am coming in on Christmas Eve in the morning to work solely on putting truck away. Me and another tech who were scheduled for tomorrow night both will only be responsible for truck, since we were not originally scheduled for Christmas Eve. So instead of 1-10 tomorrow, I am working 3-8, and then 9-1 on Thursday. Then on Sunday, I get to do the supply order since I will be working and the inventory tech doesn't work weekends. The supply order is usually done on Mondays, but with the holidays, it is due a day earlier and I was assigned the job, as the other techs that are working that day are either newer than me or absent-minded where they may order the wrong items.

Well, I have a couple of CVS modules due. I better go start on them. Later couch.

I girded something tonight and braved the crowds at Walmart, armed with my pun-tastic sense of humor and ravenous young. We were probably more annoying than all the other customers combined. My running monologue of "no" and their questioning looks and outright pleas were even driving me nuts. Thankfully no one was hurt in the making of this pantry stock.

Good night couch, I'm wiped.

Can't or won't?

Punctuation abuse is treatable. Admitting you have a problem is the first step.

I only have gone into walmart stores when traveling to rural parts of the states where I am liscensed to visit clients in prison or psych wards - the only ones I know of in my city are nowhere near me. Fascinating to wander through them. Bullets and baby clothes in the same store.
I also like going to the giant farmer supply stores.

Exactly. Really, I only somewhat tolerate humanity, and Walmart takes that to the limit, and I can barely drive home from work around the holidays without wanting to smash my car into everyone around me

I get that way sometimes around all shopping. I do most of it online. I have a target near me and sometimes it is okay as long as I avoid the weekends or after school times.
This week I already bought the beast to roast on xmas - but I have to go out for dry cat food (for the cat) and potatoes (to go with roast beast).

Also, Amazon is my best friend.

I also like that you call it roast beast. Dr. Suess, yes?

I get all sorts of things from amazon if I think they have a good enough price. If I was willing to pay what they charge for everything, I would almost never need to leave the house.

And yes -suess. My favorite xmas cartoon ruined by a heart growing 3 sizes that day and Jim Carrey.

I see we have a large and irreconcilable difference of opinion on the grinch movie.
Ah well, at least it was exclamation point free.

Right. Reading comprehension. (I've had a few drinks) I think the cartoon version is better, if that helps?

I really have trouble with crowds and people I don't know touching me, shouldering me, walking up really closely behind me, etc. With horses, when the horse has a tendency to crowd you, you can swing the end of the lead rope back and forth and if they get in your space, it hits them. It works really well, so I have started doing that with my bags when shopping. Pick one with nothing breakable in it and swing it back and forth as I walk to force people out of my space. Looks like I am just idly swinging packages when in reality I am semi-deliberately hitting people who cannot ****ing maintain decent personal space.
Thanks for this!
