Hey couchies, how's going? Anyone else around now? Just curious.
So far so good on the med decreases everything is good except for the headache I get the next day. Otherwise, it is going really well. No more Np appointments too. Yay!
T tomorrow. That will be fun going once a month for while to save money. Then I will go back to every other week. Hopefully sooner rather than later! We'll see.

You have nothing to feel sorry for. Venting is important. Otherwise all that stuff stays inside and festers and often comes out to hurt the people around you in an uncontrollable fashion.

Hi, couchies. I'm back.

*sits on couch and nervously awaits T appt in 4 hours*

Haven't seen T in over a week. Nervous about today but so looking forward to it at the same time.

So glad you are back!! I missed you!!

Hope all goes well with your T today! I'm feeling about the same way about meeting with my counselor tonight also.

National Poetry Month is April! I'm excited more than ever this year. I'll be participating in the PAD (Poem-A-Day) challenge again of course. I have my "handbook of poetics" at work so I plan to experiment with forms I've never tried before. Should be fun. I am going to look for a national poetry month t-shirt too. I want to self-publish a 2nd book of poems, so this should give me a jump start on that. Have a magical day, friends.

I figure having the distraction of writing a poem every day will help in the area of letting my h deal w his own shyte. And keep me busy so I don't start regretting my break from t. It feels right so far - of course its only been 2 days since I saw her ha ha. But for now anyway, it feels quite good and freeing. Kinda like the first day of an anticipated vacation feels. Freedom!

This sounds like fun. I might join ya on the poem a day challenge. Been wanting to get back into my writing. This just might be the jump start I need.

Blech. It's 15 minutes until go-home o'clock, and I'm out of work. So, hi couchies! Another manic Monday almost over. Got some yardwork waiting for me when I get home. Our neighbor's dogs decided my trash would make a fun chew toy, so it's all over my yard and bags are ripped open. This is not going to be fun. . . Have a good night couchies!

I have got up too early and can't really do anything because of the neighbours below me. I really need to vacuum as the puppy sheds such a lot of hair. I am a little annoyed at the ex because my step daughter and grandson came up and he wanted the girls to stay to see them. He planned it as surprise but the girls already had their holiday activities planned and now he is whinging about it. I did mention to him that he can say "no" Idiot.

My kids are pretty awesome. The yard was cleared when I got home, all trash rebagged and also all the trash cans inside were emptied out. We loaded it up together and managed to get to the collection station well before closing time. Doesn't sound like much, but usually I would have to harp on them, yell a bit, and do most of the work myself. So, gold star for them today!

Y'all it's so weird how clear everything feels to me tonight. I got a 4th person assigned to me today to coach at work and I'm not even freaking out about that. This really starting to GET it that I'm the only person that I need to be okay with who I am is huge and life-changing. Amazing.

Well at least it was nice out today while we were fixing the fence. It could have been freezing or raining.

May I use your affirmations also? If it's ok, I'd like to write them in my journal and stand with you, for you and for myself.

I'm loving this one. My compliant one is questioning it, but is curious about the concept.

Hey all,
Just stopping by to say hi and good night. Got T tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about that right now. I sent her a really long email tonight told her she didn't have to respond that we could talk when I have session tomorrow. Ugh! I hate when I do that to myself. Anyway, nighty night couchies.

Go for it! The credit for it's creation goes to the couch, from the different thoughts you guys all shared with me the other day when I was feeling like a failure over stuff with my son and my h, so I consider that we all own it!
