It fascinates me to see how aggression and judgmentalism play out from different people. It is like reading those lists of shakespearean insults or passive aggressive quotes and so on. Sometimes I am even impressed by the slyness. Sometimes I wonder if it is just a terrible accident.
It shows up in a lot of places -on forums, in colleague exchanges, etc.
I am not saying I don't write things to reflect my personal beliefs, just that it is fun to see how others do it too.

You're a connoisseur of judgmentalism. That makes you a metacritic.

When I start to think horse breath smells like cool ranch doritos it usually means I'm sleep deprived. Not sure that helps you

Well, I am in fact sleep deprived.

And I would totally eat caramel-coconut Oreos.

I've been feeling overtired and emotionally raw. I have a lot of practical things to take care of so I wish I could shove those feelings aside. Lots of financial crap to try to get a handle on.

Measly 5 hours sleep is not going to cut it. I've got more work to do here than my day job could ever hope to squeeze out of me. I'm going to need massive amounts of coffee and willpower. Well, at least we have coffee in the pantry, will the couch loan me the willpower?

Hi, all. I am not actually back. I try not to read the forums at all, but then I found out that people had been asking about me, so instead of making others guess, I thought I'd just say that I am working a lot, and there's a lot of stuff going on in therapy, and a lot of stuff going on in my head. Some good, some bad. I'm alive and planning to stay that way. I think that qualifies as being "okay". I've managed to stay completely away from PC - I haven't even been reading the boards without logging in, until today. I hope I'll manage to keep that up (last time I posted I was so furious I almost broke my keyboard, after all), though I'll try to respond to people's PMs.

I am furious about something with my job, and if I worked a non-school job I would be sending out my resume already. Instead I am stuck for a whole year and have to find a way to control myself at work so I am not seething at everyone.

I'm off to an all day chorus retreat to work on Brahms' German Requiem. This is going to be an awesome, exhausting day. Can't wait!

Where is Art? I miss her upbeat, hopeful spirit. It is raining here and feeling like a never-get-out-of-bed day.

You guys! I just realized that I've been spitting mad about this work thing for a WHOLE DAY and I haven't wanted to do anything self harming AT ALL. I know I have a right to be mad and that the person at work who will deny that I have a right to be mad is wrong.

I don't think I've ever EVER been mad and not wanted to hurt myself or blame myself.

Quiet on here - we need sugar!

*passes around the peanut butter cup candy corn*

I mean, it can't possibly be bad for us - it says "genetically engineered" right there on the package!
