Couch 134 - The Untriquadium Couch

So, I bailed on my interview today. Haven't told anybody, still haven't told my h that I lost my job. T emailed me this morning and asked me to come in first thing tomorrow morning, and was very supportive.

I went to see the public housing house and it was basic but quite liveable. So I sign up next week and put my notice in on Friday next week for my private rental hopefully my landlord will take tthe doctors report in to consideration and let me break lease. And guess what the difference per week between private and public rent is EXACTLY the cost of a session with my T.

Healed did you bail because you thought the interviewer might see you aren't as credentialed as they thought. Or was the pressure just to much and you want a rest from it all?

For those wondering, I'm doing ok. Meds are good. No bad reaction this time. T came for about 20 mins. It was good to see her.

Why do I bother reaching out to my mother for support when I know she will just ignore that one line in my email while responding to everything else? (Me: I had my Lupron shot this morning and it's already making me sick. Her: ------). Most anyone else would have offered some sympathy, however slight.

I love her dearly but it would be nice if she were a little different sometimes.

I wish I had a supportive T.

I really not sure why.. other than I have no desire to be out of bed. I just didn't feel like I has the strength, energy, belief in myself to sit and try to sell myself.

maybe he thinks your outside needs more resevratrol than your inside? Was it red wine or white? He thought the water level was low? Idk!!! I hope no glass was broken! Box wine, right, and red solo cup?

Another reminder not to smile. At the supermarket I was waiting for a man to move so I could look at something, as he moved away I just smiled politely at him. Further up the aisle he approached me and asked iff i would go out with him! WTF. I tried to politely refuse but started giggling and it came out all wrong and I ran away.

@healed: hugs... how are you now? I think you should tell your h, so that he can support you...

@CE: sorry looking for jobs is so hard. Hope you find something soon... could you tell your T that you don't feel supported?

Yay! Are you planning on adopting from a shelter, hoping a stray declares you're their owner...or however ways people get cats? I'm ignorant on how people actually acquire pets, seriously.

I'm so tired and out of energy... I don't know how anyone can feel this way and still be alive, even lying around is too exhausting

Well I think 90% of what went on in my head last night was due to exhaustion because I feel quite different after a good night's sleep.

Happens to me often... lack of sleep rendering me an upset mess. I'm glad I don't experience regular insomnia.

Yesterday morning, I looked back at the barrage of emotional, self-hating texts which I had bombarded T with at 3am (couldn't sleep because drank too much coffee, was weepy and self-harming) and CRINGED.

Oh, I'm sorry QM, that sounds really upsetting.
I don't know whether I should raise all the stuff that came up last night with him if I only felt it because of the exhaustion. I probably will but I don't want to portray myself in a way that isn't true. I might just have to say all of this. I'm so scared.
