Yes, he said I could. We've done it before, he is also a tai chi teacher and does aikido so sometimes when I'm really mad he lets me spar with him. It helps a lot. I'm very passive and shy in real life.

I often think I'd like to study tai chi with my T. He gives workshops for it all over the place. But I also really like him just as my T.

Hey couch. I'm still feeling so confused about t. I don't know what i want from her anymore. I'm playing a stupid game right now telling myself if she responds to the poem i sent over the weekend, then i will ask to come this week like she tried to get me to do. Just to be clear: I'm not playing games w her. This just started inside my own head today. I don't do intense feelings very well and I'm dealing with some that's for sure. I feel like it will be a miracle if she and i don't hate each other after my next session. I know i know melodramatic enough, art?

Are you using Tapatalk? My version of the app has a "New Topic" button at the bottom of the screen. You could just start it and paste in the intro later.

It is all-consuming and hellish. I think I took heart from your post from the other week and stewed on this for a long time before sending that email.

She just replied to me. She's out of town and on the road, and said she probably won't be able to get back to me before I see her tomorrow, but that basically she said it's important to get to a point that I feel comfortable/heard and that "we'll work it out." That's really all I needed to hear.
