Also--and this may not be true, but it seems that I heard drinking water shows up as diluted urine, which causes suspicion of course.

Also, hello couch! Hugs to all who want or need.

I'm exhausted today. Just when I thought I knew what I was teaching next year, the principal changed the schedule AGAIN.

this nightmare will never end.

Now that Sesame Street is on at night here, im seeing more of it. The other night, Elmo and Grover were in the Cookie Museum, looking at the Muncha Lisa, and they told the story of The Cookie Eaters by Vincent van Munch. I. Was. Dying!

I'm so sympathetic. I hate it when changes like that come so late in the year.

It's not even that it's late. I sat in with my principal on Friday and he was like, "yeah, the master schedule is 100% done."

Then this morning in the meeting with all of the English teachers, he says "so we're really excited about being able to offer X class."

My coteacher and I looked at each other, looked at him, and said "wait, you told us on Friday that WASN'T happening."

It's just asinine.

I just volunteered to go to an optional meeting tomorrow where I am guaranteed to have my pygians shredded. It's for concerts productions which my coworker handles and my only relationship to it is that I'm the director and therefor should be generally aware of what's going down. The productions committee are already pissed with my coworker and they haven't even met yet. Nothing is worse than a PO'd productions person. They have to negotiate with all the unions which makes them uniquely intimidating.

So I'm walking into this because I might learn something about productions. Which is a good thing for a director to do right?

I sent the email confirming. Too late to back out. The moment I hit "send" I thought "wait, but by yes I mean NO."

Oh god

I don't even know all the names of the concert halls. There are literally seven in one building. They all have different amplification/tech/instrument capacities and usages governed by seating and stage arrangements and accoustics. They gave me a once-around tour and I forget.

H and I watched some Fraggles (D seemed unimpressed) where Junior Gorg gets shrunken down and visits the Fraggle world. Which apparently is a socialist society. Then he becomes big again, is made king of the Gorgs, and immediately declares that there would be no kings. (Though it seems he would have only been king of himself and his parents? I don't recall seeing any other Gorgs...)

I don't know what I'm going to do about CW yet - probably go back for at least 1-2 sessions before my planned month break - but, maybe I should try seeing a male therapist if I choose to leave her. Or maybe not.

A male T may be less crazy in the more emotional/defensive way women can be (not that men can't...but your probablilty of craziness may decrease).

Evening couch. I am home from CVS and caught up on the couch. I took a little nap before CVS and am now not tired. Dang naps.

I have to be at C's at 7:30 tomorrow. Then I get to come home sit for a short bit and then head to another CVS store that I am filling in at since I was off from my store tomorrow. It is only 4 hours and I am done at 8, so not too time consuming.

I fill in at another store on Sunday as well as I was off from my store. That store is an hour away from where I live (30 minutes away from my store), but it is for a 9 hour shift, so it is worth the drive. That will feel weird being so far from home, but it is hours.

I need to take my evening meds still...I failed to take them before leaving for CVS...so I guess I should take them now while I am thinking about them.

Maybe while I am failing to be tired enough to sleep, I can clean a little. I do need to empty out the disposable tupperware I peed in this morning due to the other lady who I share a bathroom with being in the shower and I having to go really bad and running late for C. It is still sitting on the floor. I need to go dump it in the toilet and then toss the container. I am definitely not using it for food anymore. It may seem gross that I did that this morning, but I couldn't hold it any longer. I peed a lot too (like 24 ounces)...I only know because the tupperware thingy has a few quantity markings on it. Guess my bladder was full.

Yes, I am definitely not "normal".

Found this video today... 7th grade girl gives powerful end of year speech. I am impressed by this girl's poise, passion and self-awareness. It gives me hope for the future.

I hope this opens many classroom/parental discussions with our youth as well as among adults.
